Let's start with the good point! Your technician was accommodating over the arrival time, efficient and did a good job.
However, the initial wait time was 5 weeks, must be a lot of repairs! Immediately I contacted DWV to say I would be on holiday on that date, and surely a date nearer could be found. They offered the 3rd of September. I said that was fine, but I wouldn't be at home until 1pm.
There then followed numerous emails to DWV and text messages to technicians pointing out my availability on the 3rd. On the 1st, the technician allocated the job contacted me to say he would be there at 11am. Remarkably I managed to speak to him and he agreed to 1pm, which meant a 2 hour wait for him! He initially said I would have to rebook! I kindly pointed out I can't rebook, DWV has to offer a new date. I'm on holiday from the 19th September to the 20th October, so a new date would likely be November.
The inability to be able to phone somebody at DWV is the main problem. Another online company where a phone call could have made things much easier.

Very Good Communications and arrived exactly as planned. Comprehensive advice on the Alloy wheel repairs and issues that could happen with all wheels. Job completed very quickly, effeiciently and of a very high quality finish. The operative was very frinedly and helpful at all times and a pleasure to deal with. Credit to the company!.

Christopher was very professional, thorough, polite and helpful. Unfortunately DW had not given him my mobile number so he couldn’t give us an estimated time of arrival.

The guy explained exactly what he was going to do. He had pride in his job. Showed respect for my property and had time to make sure I was happy with everything.
Sadly i did have to wait several weeks as they are limited with staffing but was worth it. Very pleased with the outcome
