Unprofessional and aggressive
Massive red flag. I reached out to them for end-to-end fulfillment and custom branding. They gave me one price for the product, but then demanded a highly inflated fee for a sample.
When I caught the discrepancy and asked for a basic cost breakdown, they dodged the question and just aggressively pushed for immediate payment. Zero transparency, zero professionalism. This is not how you build a long-term business relationship. Save your time and money and find a real, honest agent.

Thank you for your feedback. We investigated this matter and found that the information you provided in your inquiry did not match the details discussed during the conversation. Inaccurate information at the inquiry stage can naturally lead to misunderstandings in the guidance and quotations that follow.
Regarding pricing, sample costs and product quotations are two separate things in our industry. This is standard practice and not a discrepancy. Our clients never pay more than what is quoted. It sounds like there may have been a misunderstanding between the two.
We reached out to you through Trustpilot to clarify further but did not hear back. We remain open to continuing the conversation if you would like to get in touch.
We have been serving e-commerce brands since 2016 and many of our clients have worked with us continuously for 7 to 8 years. That kind of long-term trust is built through transparency, reliability and consistent service.
