DONOT use this company, I never received my order and no refund. The communication is terrible. Do not waste your money.

Terrible customer service and shipping. I emailed 10 times and got no response. The website said easy returns, which was not the case. I wanted to make a return and went through the return portal and could not get a label. I took the box to try to ship it back without a label from them and it would have cost over $300 to ship! Then I got bills from FedEx for over $80 that I had to pay when the boxes got here. The website says “PRICES & DUTIES
Sales tax and duties are calculated and shown at checkout. Nothing extra to pay on delivery.” This is directly from their website site. Terrible experience and I would never order from them.

The customer service was exceptional, and the quality of the dresses is very high. Hopped on a call with me to sort through sizing and inventory to ensure I could order the dresses needed and receive them in time for my event. Allowed to return the sizes that didn't fit, and the return process was seamless as well. Highly recommend this company. Don't hesitate to hop on a message or a phone call with them; it's a live person who is very helpful.

I was a bit nervous after placing my order because I checked the Trustpilot reviews afterwards and saw so many negative experiences. I honestly thought I would either never receive my package or that something would be wrong with it.

To my surprise, everything went perfectly! I bought a beautiful dirndl that was originally €169 for only €25, so I was already skeptical because the deal seemed almost too good to be true.

The shipping was fast, my order arrived within just a few days, and the dirndl was carefully packaged. The quality is excellent and it fits beautifully. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.❤️

I was really impressed with my order. The dirndl looks even better in person, and the material feels much more premium than I expected. The price is excellent for the quality, and everything arrived on time. I'll definitely shop here again.

The orders I did receive shipped quickly, were correct and quality was very good. Extra charges for tariffs were not clear at the time of ordering though. 2 orders had incorrect customs paperwork on their part and were returned to dirndl.com. I have contacted customer service repeatedly for resolution without a response.

I ordered a dirndl and was sent a completely random shirt in the wrong size. The shirt I got isnt even listed for sale on the website. Bizarre. After informing Dirndl.com customer service of the mistake, they only replied one time to ask what I'd like them to do about it. What kind of question is that? Maybe send me the item I purchased?? Surely that would be obvious to a legitimate retail business.

It seems their main scamming methods are sending out the wrong thing and then refusing to refund, sending out nothing at all and then refusing to refund, or else wait until the customer tries to return something and then refusing to refund.

After sending multiple emails over the course of two weeks, Ive made my bank aware of the situation. I'll get my money back through them. Honestly, in 2026, this kind of scam makes no sense when a customer can get a refund by just alerting their financial institution that the merchant never fulfilled the order. Dirndl.com just out here wasting my time and theirs. Save yourself the headache and dont buy from them.

Edit: Dirndl.com took the time to report this review because I had originally mentioned the name of the owner of the company. So they are definitely in here looking at all the complaints, and just choosing to ignore them. Still no help getting my money back a month later.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I am out over $600 and have absolutely nothing to show for it—no product, no refund, and no meaningful response from this company.

My order sat unshipped for over a month. I contacted customer service before it even went out, explaining clearly that I needed the items for a specific event and would be gone before they could arrive. I explicitly told them not to ship the order. They ignored me and sent it anyway four days later.

I refused the shipment at customs, and tracking confirms it was returned and received by them. That should have been the end of it—a straightforward refund. Instead, it’s been nine months of me chasing them down with repeated emails and messages, all of which have been ignored or met with silence.

Let me be clear: they have both the merchandise and my money. There is no excuse for this.

This isn’t just poor customer service—it’s a complete failure to operate with even basic accountability. Ignoring cancellation requests, shipping anyway, accepting a returned package, and then keeping a customer’s money for months is unacceptable.

At this point, it feels like once they have your payment, they simply stop caring. I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this company. Based on my experience, you are taking a serious risk with your money.

I returned 2 Dirndl and 2 blouses that costs more than 500€ right after it arrived and I never got my money back. I also wrote them two emails with no response. The quality is okay, I kept one of the dirndls I ordered but I have never had such a poor return experience which is not acceptable for an online store.

I have previously written a 1 star review about this company and my very very poor experience that i advise people against buying from this company. They responded to that review asking me to email and sort out my issue, which I did (disregarding the 10ish previous emails i had sent them to sort this with no reply!). They replied to this email of me explaining the situation once again, giving my order number and requesting a refund simply with the word ‘done’ and nothing else, not even a sign off! I received a notification of a refund that should be processed within 10 days (not including the £20 shipping might i add, despite the fact that my whole issue was that the company didn’t even dispatch my item for over 3 weeks therefore i feel i should receive a refund for shipping as well). It has been over a month since that email, and yet my bank account is still £200 less than it should be as no refund has come through! i urge people not to buy from this brand, as it will not be worth your while!

I received it quickly and it is made of great quality. I will be ordering again!

I love my new dirndl. The quality is high, the colors are beautiful, and the sizing is correct when going off my measurements. I was extremely surprised with how quickly I received my dirndl. (I live in the United States). I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Horrible service! We tried to return our order but never got a reply. I wouldn’t recommend this company their return policy is a lie.

They are scammers. I returned the product according to their exact instructions, I have proof of shipment being delivered, and they never returned my money even after 10 follow-up e-mails sent. They started to simply ignore me when I sent the shipment back.

We ordered from Dirndl.com for the first time for Lederhosen and a Dirndl. The sizing is perfect. Both items are of very good quality. The shipping was much faster than I anticipated.

Good quality ! Have many dirndles and these are by far the best for the money.
