I liked very much the rapid delivery. However, there is something to improve: the boxes are always far too big, they could easily be half the size.

I love that the delivery is pretty quick and the prices are good; but this has been the 2nd time that they delivered less than what I ordered. I ordered 1box (18pcs) for frulla fruit puree and they’ll just give 1 pc. I thought at first it can happen maybe they just got it wrong, so they refunded me the money of undelivered goods. Then I ordered again after couple of weeks of that incident, same thing happened. I am missing 34pcs of frulla fruit puree because the two boxes I ordered with 18pcs each box, did not come and they only give 2 pcs instead. How is that even possible? That’s negligence. I ordered maybe 3 times before this incident and everything was okay. But these last two, total fail. And it’s frustrating

Straightforward process for ordering and payment of product.
Was able to track the stages of delivery. However, l had no idea the package had been delivered until l checked my phone. I found my package on the ground behind my gate. The delivery driver did not phone me or ring my doorbell. I was not happy with this because l was inside my house all day waiting for the package. I do not think this is acceptable.

Delivery option was very good .I collected it at a local shop.
I only give it 4 stars because the package was very squashed when I received it .The items were okay because they were supplements in bottles.But I would prefer to receive packages in better condition in future.
