Really slow to ship

Ordered and paid on Wednesday and it's now Friday morning, it hasn't shipped. I wanted it for this weekend. They have been slow to ship before but two days is unacceptable and unprofessional. Last order wasn't cut straight.

Order was placed on Wed Dec 03 2025 13:13pm. Shipping details once order was processed and ready for collection by the courier were sent on Thur Dec 04 2025 12.51pm less then 24 hours after order was placed

3 previous orders made. 2 orders processed and shipped in 1 day. The 3rd order was processed and shipped in 2 days

At this time of year Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday there are delays with courier services due to the volumes so their time frames are longer then normal

I bought some vinyl, arrived very damaged

I bought some vinyl, arrived horribly damaged. Emailed them, they said I hadn't selected 'cardboard box shipment'. This option wasn't anywhere, I send them screenshots and now they haven't replied at all. 100nzd down the drain. I will never buy from them again. And I for sure will not recommend them.

By the photo you had shown the vinyl is slightly creased by the cardboard backing only. The vinyl is still usable and this is only $10.50 of your $107 order
As stated in the email you were sent this can happen in the courier bags shipping option which is what you selected and is why we recommend box shipping option to prevent damage

Fantastic Team & Incredible Products

Jess & the team are the most fantastic bunch of people! They are extremely helpful, kind & just all around awesome to deal with. The range is INCREDIBLE & super affordable (Afterpay too!). No matter what crafts you are into the range is great and just keeps growing. They always have new goodies been released that you just have to have. I would highly recommend Design Supplies any day of the week! Keeping my personal stash & small business running with a healthy supply of awesome vinyl and more!💜🤍🖤
