Our new desk looks amazing and it was relatively straightforward to set up. Delivery was also quick

I am ultimately satisfied with my two desks, I just didn’t know a couple things when I purchased it. One, I wasn’t expecting cable management to be so poor, a desk that goes up and down doesn’t have any place to put a power strip to go up and down with it and when you have a desk with no back skirt or no cabinets the mess of cables looks really really tacky. I am also surprised that there is no additional mounting points for power strips. I kinda made my own, I drilled into the wood underneath the desk to put a couple of those large garage power strips underneath it and then I just have two singular cords moving up and down and then I have a birds nest of wiring all strapped to the underside of the desk with those Velcro straps. It looks clean till you look underneath it. The second criticism I have is the assembly process. It isn’t terrible and the end result seems pretty sturdy BUT dang did it take a fair bit of time to assemble it and the instructions weren’t as clear as they could be on some things. Overall I am happy with the quality of it for now I just wish for the price they would maybe include an under side power strip solution with maybe like 7 well spaced outlets so it’s a one plug solution and a bag of the Velcro straps would be nice too. I bought this desk so it would be a clean layout of my home office and I could get to the floor underneath to clean really easy too. I HAD to do something with the mess of visible cables. It looks epic now. I am also surprised they don’t more clearly offer solutions. You have to play guess work on their website and they don’t really make it clear if you are getting any solutions for that. So you get the desk and then realize these problems after you get it. Just sell an all in one package. I dunno what it will fit or what won’t. If you’ve never owned one you dunno what you’ll need.

Ordered the desk drawer for existing desk. The product quality seems good but unfortunately does not fit the smaller desks.

Rating 2 stars as despite multiple emails and attempts of calling customer support, I have had no response from them to help with a return. Overall, poor experience which is unfortunate as I want to like this brand

I recently purchased a Desktronic Homepro and within a couple days I received the wooden top and accessories without issue.

The frame box, however, came in a broken, used box with holes and scratched metal frame.

After some back and forth with customer service, they reshipped a new frame box immediately.

Customer service were very helpful in getting the broken boxes out of my home with fedex.

The replacement box arrived today and was perfectly packed with all necessary protection and parts. I put together the desk with ease today and super happy about the quality.

I don't know why I waited for so long to buy a desk like this one. Im glad I made my research and this one was the best! I wouldnt even think about it twice. you want a standing desk ? this is it! its quality is incredible. Also I got it in less than 24 hours, that says a lot about the company. I can't be happier

Great product but it is cheaper elsewhere. Shop around. Logistics/delivery partners let their company down at point of delivery.

Desk is wonderful so far, easy to use and not too difficult to put together, although the instructions aren't very clear in one or two spots. The drawer I ordered to go with it is smaller then I thought it was going to be, but still very nice

Chair doesn’t go low enough. Can’t touch the ground when leaning a bit back. And im not that small. The back rest is raised and can’t go back down anymore. The headrest can be tilted but doesn’t stay in place. While leaning back the arm rest doesn’t get far enough back.

The desk looks nice … in the pictures. First delivery attempt - i confirmed the address to the driver, he messed around for a while, closed his van up and drove off only to report it as a refused delivery. Second delivery attempt - driver drove around for 8 hours and Desktronic saying he couldnt find the house. That he was at yesterday. Maps can also be useful. Desktronic support is slow and forgetful. Money paid for nothing it seems.

There is nothing to say 10/10 very happy.

I set the whole thing up by myself, I was slightly worried because it was a little heavy but it has worked out fine and it was very very easy to do.

I bought the HomeOne desk, I absolutely love it.

I had to return an item and also had another request. The customer service team was excellent. Erika primarily deal with my enquiries and she was really helpful.
