I have never come across a company that behave in their manner disgraceful
The upsell is their professional way for them to extract further funds off you. I’m having a number of implants fitted and a number of crowns fitted as the date paid paid for all the crowns to be fitted. They’ve only done the top ones. One crown has fallen off three times that was fitted by a lady refused to see her again then fitted by a gentleman and never had a problem with it since the other side 2 crown fell off two weeks after being fitted in the meantime they have told me I’ve got to pay for new crowns to be fitted as they don’t guarantee the temporary crowns. I made it very clear. I will not be paying for these as this is down to workmanship quality and if they have fitted the other one free of Charge that fell off three times tutor poor Work but they won’t do the same on the other side. I’ve rang them to make the appointments they told me my appointment was at 8 am on a Friday which suited me fine. I did get an email and saying it’s 08.50 on the Thursday morning I know this can’t be done as I’m not available on Thursday mornings but I didn’t receive the email until 7 pm on the Wednesday night which I didn’t get to see until 9 am on the Thursday morning that sent me another bill for 299
saying that I missed my appointment they like to dictate when you have your appointments to see them. They don’t like it when you ask them to make the appointment for when it suits you rang me for the payment tried to charge me more than what they suggested. I said that I can’t do it now now I’m out of my daughter for lunch. I don’t see her very often. Give me a call towards the end of the day within 40 minutes. They’re back on the phone chasing me. They do not stop chasing people for money and that seems to be their main objective is to get money from other people is more important than the dental work just do not care. They are absolutely a disgrace of a company
We went out get a price and all sorry to hear this. We look into it never heard so much crap in all my life.
I SAID THAT I WILL COME IN AND SIT WITH A SENIOR MANAGER AND LISTEN TO THE TAPED PHONE CALL VERY STRANGELY THIS CANNOT BE DONE AS MANAGEMENT WILL NOT SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS DIRECTLY VERY STRANGE BEHAVIOUR SEEMS LIKE IT’S MORE LIKE A PRISON THAN A DENTAL PRACTICE

i had booked an apointment last year but had 2 deaths in my family & could not go to the appointment i emailed them & called to explain they charged me 90 pounds then again this year my doctor advised me not to have implants as i have diabetes and the implants could cause me problems again i informed them of this and when i asked for a refund they made all sorts of excuses so as to not refund me !!! i also have heard many bad things about Dentaprime so i would advise anyone not to use them , oh then there prices went throu the window from 8,000 to 13,000 pounds .

The clinical skill of Dr Andromachos Kandioglou is exceptional. I recently had a complex procedure done, and the results look perfectly natural and feel great. The pain management during and after the visit was excellent.

They have a serious issue keeping up with the appointments. Big one.
I had a family problem and I've been charged £100 for not attending, but when they are delayed you 30 min up to 1h you don't get nothing, no compensation as people take a day off from work to attend this appointments.
Literally every single appointments about 10 all of them delayed after delayed after delayed is absolutely insane.

Booked a primary assessment but due to a sudden large financial commitment unfortunately I had to cancel. Since cancelling i've had 3 phone calls on the day telling me I can still have the treatment on monthly terms and 3 emails about affordability form sent. Obviously don't understand the meaning of cancel. As for a refund READ THE SMALL PRINT. Cancel straight away or forget it.

Started my treatment July 2024,6 upper implants and 4 lower ,treatment wasn’t painful at all. Little uncomfortable for a few days but well managed with over the counter and pain relief given by Dentapime,went back six months later for final bridge placements and one of my implants had failed, had to have it removed then had to to wait 6 months on it healing then got another implant inserted, went back 6 months later and all was good for final bridge placements, over next 5 weeks got final bridges placed, if I knew 22 months ago what I know now I would still have went ahead with treatment,I only had 4 upper and one lower teeth of my own and nhs dental bridge that kept falling out as no teeth to hold on to, if you are seriously thinking of getting implants I honestly can’t rate Dentaprime enough, as for the staff every single one of them treat you like royalty minute you walk through door for first consultation to the last, very very pleased with final fittings, what a difference to my smile and self esteem.

Initially they give you temporary denture before implant , told you don’t wear , wasted roughly 300£ that’s how they sell their product and make money.

Then asked for teeth cleaning again before implant , despite done with my personal dentist 2 weeks before to make money and keep increasing your bill.

They Still willing to go ahead with implant without cleaning , warn you if you get infection we are not responsible

I done my up Drews full implant for £6100 after 31 days broken in half I contact them ,they told me to pay £1500 more to put a new one ,
when I asked them for warranty the said its only for 1 months which was 30 days ,
I wouldn't recommend them just for a clean up ,
the worse think is still I receive txt asking me to come for a six month check up for £150
at the start the stuff keep asking for give them a feedback after 3 visit never ask you anything they know that will a negative ....I have all the prove paperwork's pictures off disaster job they done ,

Just had my finals last week (6+4)and final check up today.

Whole experience from 1st consultation to today has been A1 from the cleaning ladies to receptionists to the amazing dentists and dental assistants.

I Would highly recommend and I have recommended Dentaprime to others.The benches outside are a great area to speak to other patients who were a great help in the process 👍😁

Staff at Dentaprime are extremly Friendly,polite and helpfull.
The dental practioners are also extremly good explaning all procedures and will answer any questions.
Communications with patient are also very good.
The premises are very modern and kept scrupiously clean.
The cost of treatment is very reasonably priced

So glad I came to Trust Pilot before I contacted Dentaprime having seen their tempting advert on You Tube. Reading through the 1 star reviews and almost totally unverified 5 star reviews (most of which show the bot farms who are churning these out have almost only liked one other account, unlike EvoDental and 21D whose reviews are mostly verified), seriously, who do these people think they are fooling? And why does Trust Pilot not have a system in place to weed accounts out whose reviews are clearly not authentic or genuine? I will be signing up with 21D instead whose Trust Pilot reviews speak for themselves, thank you very much.

Edit: On reflection I have upgraded my star rating frtom 1 to 3 as Dentaprime's response was prompt and polite.

My reviews of Dentaprime have been removed because I posted too many of them. Shame as I was only warning prospective customers about the shoddy treatment I received from this profit orientated company. So please beware as their claim to be the cheapest in Europe is complete fabrication.
You won’t believe this but I’ve had an email from Dentaprime saying that they have reviewed their booking examination fees and as a gesture of goodwill they are repaying me!!
After months of complaining about this they have decided to do the right thing for which I’m grateful.

Initially everyone is lovely, they ask for your views at a time when they have been extremely nice to you and I'm not saying that's not genuine but definitely a way to draw people in and influence a positive response...I paid an extortionate amount to get implants and a crown bridge. The crown bridge has been sensitive to hot and cold since being fitted I've been back on 2 occasions and they fill it with what they refer to as a varnish style product. I'm not rich and do not live in London so it costs me so much to go for these appointments.

They say they are cleaning my teeth and are actually gradually grinding away they enamel...I have pain each time they do this so called cleaning I've asked them not to do this they state it has to be done.....

The filling bits where the implants were fitted keep falling out I was told that it's not a problem and it won't affect my implants or gums in any way.

Where I had the crown bridge previously I had for over 20 years and never had any issues and now it's a continual pain. No wonder why people go abroad to get treatment.....

I thought I had done so much research before going to them for treatment and they don't show any real negative comments so you can't get a real idea of what is going on. The term it's too good to be true is correct...the best dentist treat the wealthy people and people like me are spoken to in a derogatory manner...I was asked at my last appointment if I knew what enamel was and given a lecture....I had to stop him at one stage and stated 'I haven't lost the capacity to understand yet'....

I am waiting for them to reply to my email yet again and yes the pain in the crown bridge area returned within 24 hrs. The person I saw even stated he could see what the problem was and if it doesn't get better in the next 2 months they will need to replace it. Also the images they took whilst undertaking the treatment you could see what was being done. This last scan was a basic scan and I am waiting to see it as I have requested it where they state all is well, when clearly this is not the case....

I have no idea what to do anymore we live in such fickle times where people exploit others to get rich and at some point hopefully they will realise we are not different to them, their mum's, dad's, family they just think we are exploitable so they continue....how sad

Initially I thought its a place to be BUT the treatment and the services rendered there after was absolutely inhumane, unprofessional and uncared attitude.
I have had series of traima regarding my after care treatments. The last visit was absolutely horrendous. I called to complain that the upper bridge is a bit loose, despite the fact i was charged for tightening the bridge only to get there and the so called dentist started fiddling with the bridge. At some point, I asked him what is he doing that I am feeling pain, he said he is checking the connection point. He brought anaesthetic injection and I opted for the gel instead but he refused. Suddenly, he started a procedure that made me screamed loudly due to pain but he never stop. He forcefully pulled out one of the implant and lo and behold he cut my upper bridge into half and fixed it back. When challenged he said the implant failed and he has to pull it out and cut the bridge into half without my consent nor prior information about whats the problem and way forward. This is about my health, my body and I deserve to lnow what is to be done.
This is unacceptable, unprofessional and embarrassing. I will press charges, just waiting for the outcome of their investigation.

I had a really positive experience at Dentaprime for my dental implants and temporary teeth. From the first consultation to the final fittings, the staff were professional, friendly, and very supportive throughout the whole process.

The clinic was modern and very clean, and the team explained every step clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident. The implant procedure went smoothly, and I was especially impressed with how natural and comfortable the temporary teeth looked and felt.

The dentists and coordinators were attentive and always available to answer questions, making the entire experience much less stressful than I expected. I’m very happy with the results so far and would definitely recommend Dentaprime to anyone considering dental implants.

I went to Dentaprime on 20th of April 2026 and after a review was charged an immediate payment of £299.00. the next week as they required a complete record of three months bank statements and I, due to being in hospital or the Royal Mail, had mislaid two. My income/expenditure is always the same and I offered them a complete month either side of the three months required. These things happen!
Because I was unwilling to purchase copies of these bank statements at not inconsiderable expense, and getting a bit worried about all the information they already held about me driving licence back and front, and more details about my monetary history etc. than even my own children know. When I said I thought they had enough information already and as I knew nothing about the staff collecting the information also including a credit check they refused (saying my dental requirements were too complex for them) to treat me, They said they would refund my deposit of £299.00 asap and the X-rays they had taken as a gesture of good will. They had pressured me into signing a binding contract after a dentist had reviewed my X-rays. So they cancelled the agreement not me, and now I am left chasing this deposit and there is no sign of the offered X-rays. I have found another dentist who will provide similar treatment at a similar cost. But £299 is a considerable amount of money to me and I need to use this deposit to fund my ongoing treatment. I am retired on a fixed income and registered disabled. So as a matter of principle coupled with the fact that they have breached a contract I was informed was legal and binding am left out of pocket. I have chase them several times to no effect. I do not know who their governing body is but I will find out and report DENTAPRIME for unprofessional conduct

You feel like a home. Everybody is very friendly. Best service possible. I'm very happy with my experience. I recommend this clinic.
