Deaflora Reviews 

I have ordered from this website several times, and I frequently encounter issues with the seeds: either the variety is not as advertised, or the number of seeds in the packets is far lower than stated.
Customer service does not respond at all, which is highly unprofessional.
If you are a professional, I strongly do not recommend this website. Even invoicing is unnecessarily complicated.

I ordered multiple seeds and a plant from deaflora. The seeds were shipped very quickly, and I received it within a few days here in Berlin. The invoice for the seeds were included in the package, and I had to send my payment via IBAN.

However, I never received the plant that I ordered. It has now been almost 4 weeks since I placed the order. Fortunately the invoice that was in the seeds package only included the cost of the seeds, so I haven’t paid for the plant yet. But I am not sure if they are still planning on shipping the plant, and there has been no communication from their side.

I would recommend buying seeds from deaflora, but I would not recommend buying their plants.

Update: I finalled ended up receiving the plant about 2-3 months after ordering. It was just randomly delivered to my address one day, with no email or notice from them that it was being delivered.

The plants and seeds came, so no problem with that. They are how ever impossible to get in contact with. I have mailed and tried to call them about the payment. Last year I paid for an order using paypal, and I did that again. It was in september and now I got a reminder about a missing payment. If I had known that they are so impossible to reach I would never have ordered from them.

I don't understand the people that run this business. I ordered several plants from this nursery in the past, but the Ugni Molinae (Chilean Guava) plants always died. Two of them had a disease. The replacement plant that I received also has a white disease on its leaves and is already dying after one week. I had a question about a Schisandra plant that I wanted to order and I never got an answer. It seems like they are not even interested in making money. It's the weirdest nursery I ever came across. They have got a wonderful selection of plants, but they are not very communicative and their plants are unhealthy. A real disappointment! I don't like writing reviews, but I have to be honest and warn people. In order to make me post a review you really have to be very bad,....because I am not the type of person that likes complaining or writing reviews. I hope they will read this and finally reflect on it. Your customers should always come at the first place. Please, do something about it.
