SUMMERHOST a'la DASABO
Out of nowhere, I noticed that the two VPSs I had rented from them suddenly went down. I immediately tried logging in with my usual email and password, but the system rejected it. Assuming I had simply forgotten my credentials, I tried to reset my password, but never got the reset link turns out my email address wasn't even recognized by their system anymore!
I reached out to support multiple times right away, but got absolute zero response. For the past two months, I've been sending emails to all 4 or 5 of their official contact addresses, and it's been pure radio silence.
It looks like they are just another unreliable Summer Host that takes your money, wipes your account, and vanishes.
I am beyond furious stay far away from them!
It's SCAM, beware
I think this hosting provider is a scam.
They simply shut down my servers—which I had paid for a year in advance—without any notice, and I think they’ve deleted my account from the platform, since I can’t access the website and they’re not responding on the site or to support tickets. Nothing makes sense, there are no answers, and my money’s gone down the drain.
I don’t recommend this service—it seems something has gone wrong with them, since they’ve started scamming customers and taking their money.
I was a customer for two years, and now they're just deleting my support requests as if nothing ever happened and my account never existed. It's just unbelievable.
BEWARE OF SCAMMERS
Decent
The price for a VPS is really competitive, and the customer support was great. But the VPS management features are quite lacking and slow (even ssh was slow somehow!). The support rep I was talking to did mention that they are deploying a new VPS management system, so im looking forward to that. Otherwise, solid VPS host.
very cheap hosting with good specs
very cheap hosting (10 euros/year) with good net speed, ipv4, email ports open, fast responsive support, location in EU. A+
Do not give Dasabo your money. They will wipe your VPS and keep your cash.
I bought two annual VPS plans from Dasabo.
Used one for a single day of testing about a month ago. Left both idle after that.
No traffic, no abuse, nothing weird going on. Then last week they nuked the entire VPS.
No warning email. No support ticket. No pause. No grace period. Nothing. Just gone.
Their excuse?
"Terms of service violation. We won't even discuss an appeal the decision is final."
Which one? They won't say.
What did I actually do wrong? They won't say.
Can I appeal it? No.
Can I get my data off the disk? No.
Can I log into the account at all? No, that's locked too.
Can I get a refund on the annual plans I prepaid for? Of course not.
Let me lay out what you're buying when you give these people money.
You're buying a VPS that can vanish overnight for a reason they refuse to disclose.
You're buying a disk you can lose access to permanently with zero notice.
You're buying an account that can be locked the same day, so even if you wanted to migrate out, you can't.
You're buying prepaid annual plans that they will pocket the full balance on the second they decide they're done with you.
And you're buying a "support" team that will not respond, will not explain, will not refund, and will not budge.
Read that again if you're a developer thinking about running anything real on this host.
A staging box.
A testing environment.
A side project.
A production service.
A database.
A cron job.
Anything.
Because with this provider, "anything" means "anything that can be deleted at 3am with no email and no recourse, while they keep the year of money you paid in advance."
Every halfway-decent provider on earth at minimum sends a warning before termination.
DigitalOcean does.
Hetzner does.
Vultr does.
OVH does.
Even the dirt-cheap LowEndBox tier hosts will usually email you before they pull the plug.
Dasabo doesn't bother. They just delete you. And then they ghost.
One day of light testing.
One month of an idle box.
Two annual plans paid up front.
Result: account locked, VPS wiped, disk inaccessible, money gone, no answer to a single support request.
That's the deal these people are offering.
If you're reading this and weighing it against a slightly cheaper price tag than a real provider, save yourself the headache.
Nothing about this company is worth the risk that one random Tuesday you wake up and your infrastructure is gone and your money's gone with it.
Avoid. Warn every developer you know.

excellent offer, difficult renewal
I started using their services using an absolutely amazing offer around Boxing Week. I signed up, I paid, but then life happened and I never got to start really using the service I had purchased. Nonetheless, when it came to renew, I wanted to renew, but being a few days late, my service had expired and it was no longer possible to renew at the original price. So, if you obtain a great price, make sure you don't let your service expire before you renew, or else is lost for good!
