Charged twice

Charged twice!
The driver's payment device blacked out just after I had paid. While I could see on my phone that the payment had gone through, the driver claimed it hadn't and made me pay again, promising it would never be possible to be charged twice.
Now I'm sitting here with a bank statement showing me that I did end up paying twice, and calling from A to B to Z to try and get my money back. Everyone in the process so far has been anything but constructive.

Bad behaviour of the taxi driver

I ordered a taxi today, and I ordered about 5minutes before I arrive at the train station, because I was getting late for work. Taxi driver was very angry because I ordered taxi before. He shouted at me in the taxi, and said he will call to his office and block me, for ordering taxi before arrival. I was with my boss, and it was really ambarrassing. If there is a rule that a person can not order taxi before 5 minutes, it should be displayed in dantaxi website. Shouting at a customer is not correct.
