I placed the order last Saturday
I placed the order last Saturday. Today is Saturday, one week later, and the order still hasn’t arrived. I understand that I chose the cheapest shipping option, but given how fast shipping usually is on other websites nowadays, this seems excessive to me. In fact, it still hasn’t arrived. For example, I’m a customer of another shop and my orders always arrive the next day. I understand that this company is in my own country, but within the European Union, two extra days should be enough.

Good user experience and excellent materials and professional table tennis accessories. Filling out the fields for payment and the destination of the incoming goods was less simple. This is probably due to my lack of computer skills. Overall, the goods arrived well packaged and protected within the stated timeframe. Your customer service was excellent, with free gifts and discount offers beyond the overall spending limit. A truly attentive and knowledgeable marketing team.
