Ver bad experience with the provider, I submitted my claim on august 5 2026, today is september 02, 2026 almost month has passed and i am still waiting for my funds. Morever everytime I contact team they have a generic response that they are contacting the payment provider Qonto and they really cant do anything at the moment. Now i am hanging in air, they are very pathetic. I gave them two IBAN's and they are unable to send the amount on either of them. Stay away from them

Excellent service. Fast process with prompt payment

I have always been satisfied with Dalma but recently we've had some more vet bills, as we are trying to figure out what is wrong with our dog's paw. Dalma responds to our claims very quickly and is always helpful when we have questions. I am very grateful for how they help us!

After just 2 months and a couple of claims: most claims are returned smoothly after 2 days. Some are a bit more problematic, e.g. where there's no diagnosis, just a check-up - so far, I had them pending and not returned for a "missing diagnosis" (where there was none).

We are very happy and satisfied with Dalma, always very responsive to queries. My recent experience with reimbursement was handled very efficiently and fast.

Up until now, the service is fantastic. Received confirmation of my claim and within 24 hours the amount which would be reimbursed. Since the weekend is between the claim, I will wait until Monday for the very generous reimbursement. Good decision for animal insurance at Dalma 👍

We started 3 months ago with Dalma. My dog is 8 years old, but Dalma took us, I was very happy. I choose the biggest coverage with hospitalization, and vaccination.
Recently my dog has ulcers corneen, first time in his life. So I sent the bills from the Vet, and 3 days later major part was reimbursed.
I've heard so bad reviews for dog insurance, also some of them refused us due to my dog's age. But I'm very happy that in the end we took Dalma service. I also must say, that the registration, the app - everything is super convenient and user friendly!
