Everything went perfectly.
They first helped me with the permit from the municipality. Once the permit was approved, the installation team arrived exactly on the agreed date and time, and everything was installed within one day, just as promised.
You don't need to worry about arranging a crane, permits, or any of the other practical details because they take care of the whole process.

For someone who simply wants to have a dakkapel installed, without having to deal with all the organisation around it, this is a great solution.

The process of ordering and installation was smooth and been informed about every step on time. Highly recommend them.

The end result was good but there is so much confusion with the planning and also the quotation, which I believe they could have done better.
In my case after signing the binding agreement there was quite a extra cost, which I didn't expect and not communicated earlier, and even last minute confusion on the agreed task which need to be done. If the communication were transparent then I wouldn't mind that. However, at the end they finish the work well and on the same day which I appreciate.

Fast professional and neat job

Becareful when buying from here. I have been facing problem from day 1. It's been almost 3 years and it's leaking all the way. From windows to roof. Service do not respond. My service request is pending from 6 months. They do not respond to calls or emails. Watch out. My recommendation is to look somewhere else. It's not at all good. Not worthy of any star leave alone 1

After this review the owner of the company visited my house for conversation and asked me take down the review if I want to get it repaired and promised to solve problem. They gave me service request but never followed up. After confirming that I have removed the review they canceled the service request and never answer my calls or emails. My house leaks , windows leaks paints is damaged . There is black mole in the house. It's the worst company in nederland in my experience. Just don't buy if you don't want worst product and even worse service. Be very very careful. Don't even contact them for dakkapel. Better to not have dakkapel than to have from this worst company.

Super experienced professionals and very cooperative. Their quotation is highly competitive compared to other companies. They always came up with good advice. Very well Communications. Dormers were placed very well even in a stormy weather. They even later helped me to lift our bathtub through the dormer window with a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
