Ordered wheels were not delivered
Unfortunately I got a message a week after I ordered and shortly (2 days) before I should have received my complete wheels that my chosen set wasn't available. What I was offered was not similar in style or quality and I have now been left in a poor situation without winter wheels for my new car. I would have liked to be told sooner so I had time to find something else or rung up to try to find a solution.

Generally good
It was a good experience in general but the website said delivery within 2-3 business days and I really counted on that being the case. Normally I wouldn't care if it took another day but in this case it cost me 6 weekdays and a lot of trouble.
I will correct this to 4 stars if they change their website to say 2-4 business days.

On your order confirmation we stated 3 to 9 working days for delivery.
On the 7th working day we accepted your cancellation, because you told us that you were leaving the country and could not wait 2 more days.
We admit that 9 working day for delivery can be long, but sometimes the rims need to be shipped from far away.
Please be aware that everything was handled within the promised time frame, and the money was never deducted from your account, as we never do this before sending the order.
