Their website isn't the best

Great concept but more than once I've had issues with payouts, and at times I've invested (in the first minutes of an investment appearing online) yet later receive a message that my investment didn't go through.

Very bad experience with the identity…

Very bad experience with the identity verification process (KYC). The funnel is really not user friendly but with a bit of effort and patience, you can go through. But the I received an error saying I cannot go further. In the meantime, an email saying my subscription is done, then I need to verify it. I did it a 2nd time, and then a 3rd after same error.
I send severals email to ask for support, info or anything else that I could have make wrong. No answer at all. To any of my request.
Not professional enough to invest any coin in this company. I just want to ensure my data are destroyed and not used.
