I've tried to contact this company without success since I bought the "online course," that is, around October/November 2025... without success. I paid for medical exams that were included in the plan and there's no refund, nor do they show any sign of wanting to reimburse me.

I've been writing to them every week since the beginning of April and I always get the same answer.

I signed up with Guida e Vai in October 2025. They promised a full service: theory preparation, all administrative registrations at the Motorizzazione Civile di Padova, medical exam booking, and driving lessons. What I actually received was an app and some theory lessons (which, to be fair, were helpful). Everything else was a disaster.
For months they promised they would go to the Motorizzazione to register me for the theory exam. After endless follow-ups, they called me at the last minute to say they could not do it and I should go myself. After even more pressure, they finally sent someone. They never booked my medical exam either, so I arranged and paid for that on my own. I ended up studying independently and passing the theory exam by myself in April 2026. So what exactly was I paying for?
Then came the driving lessons. After obtaining my Foglio Rosa on 20 April 2026, I contacted them daily for over a month to schedule my guide. My WhatsApp messages across multiple chat groups were all ignored. They finally called (never in writing, of course) to inform me they have no instructor available. They offered either to wait another month with no guarantees, or a refund, but their refund terms require repayment in three installments starting from March 2027 for a service they never provided.
This is the core of how they operate: nothing is ever put in writing. There is no proper contract. All commitments are made by phone and then contradicted in the next phone call. They refuse to reply to written messages so there is no evidence trail. This is not poor customer service, it is a deliberate pattern.
I have now lost months, I am disputing the payment through Klarna, and I will have to start the practical phase from scratch at a real autoscuola. Do not fall into this trap. Do not hand over your money based on their promises. And take the positive reviews here with a large grain of salt.
A complete waste of time and money.

Ho pagato il loro pacchetto da 399 €, che includeva tutti gli esami, e ho superato l’esame teorico di guida. Successivamente, ho pagato altri 330 € per sei ore di lezioni di guida. Ho cercato di contattarli ogni giorno—chiamando, scrivendo, usando numeri multipli, WhatsApp (sei o sette numeri diversi) e persino Instagram. Dopo quasi un mese di attesa, mi hanno improvvisamente informato che non potevano organizzare le lezioni di guida. Invece, mi hanno offerto un rimborso. Mi hanno inviato un contratto in cui dicono che mi restituiranno i 330 € in tre rate da 110 € ciascuna, a partire dal 20 marzo 2027. Dovrò aspettare un anno intero per ricevere i miei soldi, e non sono disposti a restituire la quota dell’esame. Credo che sia ingiusto. Hanno accettato di fornire tutti questi servizi, hanno incassato il mio pagamento, ma poi mi hanno detto che non potevano adempiere ai loro obblighi. Non so a chi presentare un reclamo: nessuno risponde alle chiamate, alle e-mail, o si assume la responsabilità. Sconsiglio fortemente di usare questa applicazione: è meglio scegliere una scuola guida fisica di cui ci si possa fidare.

After waiting for almost one month, they suddenly informed me they could not arrange the driving lessons. Instead, they offered to refund my money. They sent me a contract stating they’d return my €330 in three installments of €110 each, starting on March 20, 2027. I will have to wait a whole year to receive my money, and they are not willing to return my exam fees. I believe this is unfair. They agreed to provide all these services, accepted my payment, and then told me they couldn’t fulfill their obligations. I don’t know where to file a complaint—no one answers calls, emails, or takes responsibility for the situation. I strongly advise against using this application—better to choose a physical driving school you can trust.

Ho richiesto più volte assistenza e supporto tramite telefono, WhatsApp ed email, senza ricevere risposte concrete né essere ricontattato. Dopo averli contattati anche via social, il mio account è stato bloccato. Ad oggi il servizio pagato non risulta ancora regolarmente erogato, con conseguenti ritardi nelle pratiche.

I repeatedly asked for assistance and support via phone, WhatsApp, and email, without receiving any concrete response or callback. After contacting them through social media as well, my account was blocked. As of today, the paid service still has not been properly delivered, causing delays in the related procedures.
