Bad customer service
I bought a packet of VetSolution Monge Renal and Oxylate for dogs online via Amazon from this company. The packet arrived quickly and I was at home to receive it. I opened the first portion and noticed the unusual consistency and colour. The food was stuck to the lid of the aluminium portion. I fed it to my dog and she got diarrhoea. I then noticed every portion in the carton had a bent corner - obviously the carton was dropped or received a blow to it in transit. The outside temperature at the time in Italy was 34 deg, so the dog food could have been exposed to heat during transit. I complained to Gricon via Amazon, they wanted a confirmation from a vet that the diarrhoea was due to the food! Are they kidding? A vet visit costs more than the food (approx 32€). I replied to them and offered to send photos. Since then I heard nothing. Very bad.
August 11: I now see this product is no longer available on Amazon from this supplier, which confirms my suspicion that something here is not right.
Aug.20: I am now corresponding with Gricon here, on Amazon website and from my private address - 3 different locations and no coordination between the 3 answers! Gricon has received all photos via the Amazon website. Via my personal email address we agreed to use just one channel. I suggest whoever wrote this reply should contact whoever wrote the other replies and sort the chaos. I will then adjust my review accordingly.
Aug.21: Gricon has agreed to reimburse me for the cost of the dog food, so I am now satisfied that their intentions are good.

alla richiesta del nostro servizio clienti di ricevere una fotografia del prodotto (riportante il lotto del prodotto, necessaria per segnalare al produttore la difformità in modo che possano controllare tutto il lotto), non abbiamo ricevuto alcun riscontro da parte sua.
Per noi di Gricon.it il benessere dei nostri amici a 4 zampe e la soddisfazione del cliente sono sempre al primo posto.
Il prodotto da lei acquistato (VetSolution Monge Renal and Oxylate per cani) non è più disponibile in quanto lo stock è esaurito. Non abbiamo ricevuto segnalazioni di difformità del prodotto da nessun altro cliente che ha acquistato dal nostro store.
La nostra assistenza clienti è sempre disponibile per maggiori informazioni pre e post vendita.
