Shailja ji is my coordinator, she is very humble and professional. She has been available at times of need and has helped very well. I'm looking forward toto extend my association and package with Graphy.

I want to start this review by saying that I cannot recommend Graphy enough. Previously, I was using Kajabi and maintained an active subscription for 6 months yet I was unable to make any headway with the creation of my website due to the complicated nature. After switching to Graphy I have built my entire platform (aside from the App portion) in just a couple weeks. The system is very user friendly and any time I've run into challenges the team is there to help. I also really appreciated that you're paired with service advisor who remains consistent throughout the entire process so they're always aware of what you've been working on and you don't have to spend half the time repeating yourself about any previous work. My advisor Shan, has been absolutely amazing. He is extremely knowledgable and helpful. He responds very quickly (typically within an hour or two) to my email questions and also provided me with a scheduling link to book calls and help walk me through anything that has come up.

Thank you so much Mr. Shan Fernandes for you wonderful help. I wouldn't have been able to do this without you! The website design is so much more professional now that Mr. Shan has been helping. I am ever so grateful! I highly recommend Graphy and working with Mr. Shan.

I have recently enrolled into the Rise plan on Graphy and Saavi has been my onboarding manager here. She truly helped me with all the queries that I had during the launch process, owned all the problems that I had and personally did almost all of the tasks for me when I contacted them.

A huge thank you to Graphy team and Saavi, my onboarding manager, who helped and guided me throughout the process and also to Aman who helped me along the way.

The only drawback that I can think of here is that 5 percent commission is quite high for me. However, if you want to get everything under one roof, Graphy is an excellent choice and definitely worth your consideration.

I've had a wonderful experience with Graphy Their customer service is what truly sets them apart. Instead of only relying on chats or emails, they will actually get on a call with you and patiently walk you through everything step by step. You get to work with a real person who genuinely wants to help, and that has made such a difference for me. They've been incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a company that truly cares about its customers.

Honestly , until the sale was done , I was tortured with calls atleast two times a day. Once the sale was done , there was just NO help what so ever from the team . Very very very disappointing and frustrating

I am writing this review based on my documented experience as the founder of SuccessTed.

Graphy offered me a three-year renewal and I made the requested payment on 23 May 2026. My communicated grace period was valid until 13 June 2026. However, my platform was suspended on 30 May 2026, before the grace period ended.

The renewal was not completed, and the payment was later refunded. I acknowledge receiving the refund, but the main issue remains unresolved.

I was not provided sufficient access to back up my course content, student records and essential business data. As a result, my students lost access to their courses, my business operations were disrupted and my professional reputation was affected.

I was informed that there was an internal or policy-related issue, but despite repeated requests, I have not received a clear written explanation identifying:

• The exact policy clause allegedly violated
• The specific activity considered a violation
• Supporting evidence
• Details of any prior warning
• A proper appeal or review process

My request is not unreasonable. I am asking Graphy to temporarily open the platform in read-only mode or provide a complete data export so that I can secure my content and support my existing students.

I also request a leadership-level review and a transparent written explanation of why the renewal was cancelled after payment was accepted.

I hope Graphy resolves this issue fairly and helps with data access and migration.
