Tried to cancel the subscription following the procedure stated on the website. The first email was sent on the 3rd of June. I didn’t receive a reply and further payments were taken. I emailed them again and haven’t received a reply to this email either. I contacted my bank who issued a refund, I received the money back but unfortunately another payment has been taken. I have requested to block payments via my bank as the company have not following their procedures re. subscriptions.

Also, the product itself is nothing special at all. Over-hyped social media publicity stunt.

I previously ordered off this company and wasn’t impressed with their product. However on the 30th July I noticed an amount coming out of my bank for £26.46 which I hadn’t authorised and noticed it was from this company. I then had an email thanking me for my order 36848 it appears this company takes unauthorised subscriptions once you’ve ordered off them, they keep sending further products. I rang my bank they couldn’t stop the payment and advised me to contact the company which I did several times that day with no reply, I told them to stop the delivery I didn’t want it and also to refund me. They have completely ignored me. Therefore I am warning people not to purchase off them as they give theirselves free handouts from your bank. This company is in the USA so I emailed so I didn’t get expensive phone calls.

Bought the sticks and they had a scent tried to email them to return the product but the email kept on bouncing back as inactive. It was only when they took money a second time I realised they had unauthorised subscribed me up for monthly products. When I finally got intouch with I was responded with

After reviewing your account, we can confirm that the order is linked to an active subscription tied to your initial purchase. Because of this, the order was automatically generated and has already been processed and shipped from our fulfillment center.
At this stage, we're no longer able to cancel or issue a refund for this shipment. And then offered 15% off a future order. Feel totally scammed by this company

Quite some time ago I ordered 2 pink collagen sticks which didn't do exactly as I expected but saw no reason to complain. Unfortunately, to my shocked surprise on 13th July I was sent an email to say my next order would be arriving shortly. I had made no order. When checking on Shopify I discovered that a subscription had been made without my permission. Have emailed several times to correct this but haven't had any reply at all. Very disappointing.

I ordered a product from this company in May. In June they charged me again and sent me another product. I did not sign up to a subscription. I have sent three e mails and I have heard nothing. I need to cancel the subscription. Really unhappy with this company.

I have tried again to stop the subscription that I never agreed to. Today they are taking more money from my bank and sending more fake products
