Excellent customer service, 'Lez' was fantastic when I had questions. The communication was excellent and fast , i totally recommended and will definitely re-order!

Not received the item even though they state same day dispatch. It comes from China so will always take 3+4 weeks to arrive. Customer service fob you off saying it been dispatched but can provide no tracking information.

Glowdrop offerred me free product to write a positive review for them. However, after using their product for nearly 3 weeks I can say their product is a complete waste of money and I regret my purchase. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON GLOWDROP.

Glowdrop / Hannah has been a dream to deal with.

BEWARE !!!!! If your wanting this you have to wait at least 6 weeks this is not coming from Uk !!!! I’m moving soon when I told them this 3/4 weeks ago they told me we’re on there way !!!! Disgraceful

Does not work at all and the 30 day money back guarantee is a joke. Wrote them an e-mail about it 14 days ago, they have still not responded. Do not order!

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. The website makes you believe they are shipping from the US. That was the first lie. They are in China, I think. I have been waiting almost 3 weeks, and I have not received anything. I contacted customer service 3 times. 1. It was delivered 2. Oh, sorry, it was shipped, 3. It is in queue to be shipped. So basically, they are the worst. Requested a refund and asked to cancel the order. I will be circling back to my bank to make sure I get my money back. Ridiculous.

I definitely feel tanner after taking the drops and pills! Thank you for making these great products!

Absolute scammers. A real company, a legit company would resend the product with an APOLOGY when the tracking shows the package hasn't even SHIPPED yet.... 15 days later. Ellaine sounds like an absolute unemotional robot with her "assurances" it's on the way. I call BS. Scammers are losers in life. Avoid this crap company!

Was trying a new product, one never knows what the product is going to be like but nowadays you always worry about whether or not the website is legit because there’s so many scams going on. I took a chance and ordered this new product through Glowdrop and had not received it yet. I reached out to them and their team was amazing! They always got back to me and were so pleasant and patient with all my questions and numerous emails. They always made me feel so important and valued as a new customer and that they were willing to help however they could. They have amazing customer service and I love their product! Shelley

Whatever you do, do not waste your money on this product. It doesn’t work at all. I thought giving it a good six weeks to give it a chance but I’m still Lily white. When I contacted the company they told me I was past my 30 day refund policy, and because I bought a bulk amount there’s NOT refund at all. They had no bedside manner at all, just completely wiped me off. They are crooks who take your money for absolute rubbish. I tried being very nice about it with them over five emails and eventually I was told in no uncertain words that I will not get a refund nor will they pay for me to send it back to them. A dreadful and dishonest company I have ever dealt with. Gemma

I haven’t even got my order yet and it’s been a couple weeks and haven’t heard anything so I don’t know I don’t know who you would contact

I ordered the tanning glow drops and gummies. Literally a month later I did not get my tanning drops. I went back and forth with 6 ppl for two weeks just to hear them tell me they want to give me 30 percent off. I have all the receipts, I did EVERYTHING these pos asked me to send and I was DETAILED. They don't care about their customers AT ALL, JUST MONEY HUNGRY. AND YES I WILL BE DISPUTING THIS.
I HAVE ALL THE RECEIPTS FOR MY BACK AND FORTH WITH ALL THESE PPL JUST FOR THEM TO TELL ME IM A LIAR.

Dont waste your time! If you have ANY curious questions regarding what happened to me because ive never tried these drops before and I was a dumbass for even raving about them to people before I even received my order! Mind you I never got my receipt in my package! I had to go back to my email to make sure I saw what I ordered. Fck these incompetent pos. They cant do anything right!

Was unsure about the gummies and the glow drops been using them now for a month and definitely see a difference in my skin colour order was fairly quick the drops are supposed to be watermelon flavour you can taste it a little bit I’m glad I give them a go I would purchase them again . Thanks Elainne and Cloe for persuading me to give them a try would recommend to others as they do make your skin soft and natural looking tan .

Really amazing results. After first bottle of product my skin became darker like sun glow effect. Very satisfied! 💯

I just received my Glowdrops and cannot wait to see how they work. I have tried self tanners many times with awful results including the dreaded orange streaky look (Not Pretty At All). The reason for the 5 stars so soon is the wonderful customer service you receive if ever there is an issue, concern or any questions about the product and order.
