24-month Warranty on Light Heads and G2.x Batteries
Your Gloworm G2.1 Light Heads and G2.x Batteries are covered for 24 months against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. G1.0 and G2.0 batteries, along with all accessories, are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase. If something goes wrong, we'll repair or replace it at no charge for parts or service. Warranty claims are made through the Gloworm retailer where you purchased your product. Not happy with your purchase? Return it within 14 days for a full refund, including return shipping.

The light is great, the strap and rubber grommet let's it down
The light is great, what lets it down is the poor quality strap for the battery that is included. Given it's a premium product I was expecting a velcro strap with a loop so that you can strap the battery to your frame securely. Also the rubber grommet that is part of the attachment to the handlebar falls of easily with attaching it to the bar. I've resorted to a small zip-tie to keep it in place. (The light is shared between multiple bikes, so we frequently move it)

We are doing some work at the moment on developing an updated, better performing version of this and will get you a sample sent out once they are available for your feedback.

Re the grommet, I guess you have 31.8mm bars so don't require the shim. There is a 31.8mm version of the bar mount still available here in NZ. Take a look online or drop me an email. Otherwise our 1/4 turn mount and interface could be a good option.

Slight delay with shipping but they were great at sorting it out
There was a delay with the shipping (because of the paperwork by the European distributor being missing), BUT they were really quick to respond and rectified it straight away. So five stars still as they were great at sorting it.

I am annoyed that new lights are not…
I am annoyed that the cables for new generation of lights are not compatible with older batteries. There is a work aropund and the Gloworm Team reached out and sent me what I needed to make things work. 5/5 for this effort, still keen to see less change from generation to generation.
