The whole team was very professional and friendly. They made a great website for me and were very quick to respond when I wanted any changes. They did even more than I asked for, just to deliver the best product possible. I would highly recommend working with Generaxion!

Jeg har den ledeste, mest uforskammede, modbydelige oplevelse med Generaxion. Jeg blev solgt guld og grønne skove af en af deres sælgere. Jeg indgik i kontrakter for 5 år for to virksomheder, for den ene virksomhed var der den klausul, at hvis det alligevel viste sig, at det her ikke var den vej vi skulle gå så kunne vi komme ud af kontrakten. Det blev jeg lovet flere gange af sælgeren vi sagtens kunne. Det kunne vi så slet ikke alligevel. Det var et meget ubehageligt forløb og jeg mistede derfor tillid til Generaxion som virksomhed og forsøgte at komme ud af begge kontrakter. Det er ikke muligt at komme ud af deres kontrakter, vær opmærksom på det. I stedet for gik de efter betaling for alle 5 år.
Det har været en forfærdelig oplevelse, med uforskammede medarbejdere fra deres regnskabsafdeling og det hele endte i retten i Århus, og 469.900 kr + renter i skyld til Generaxion! De vil have betaling for arbejde de aldrig udførte og som de aldrig kommer til at udføre - jeg tænker det også halter i vores retssystem ...
Jeg griber i egen barm og er ked af det, vred og sur på mig selv over, at jeg faldt for deres salgstricks. Min tillid til mennesker blev udnyttet på det groveste. En tillid, som jeg værner om og som de her personer i Generaxion gudskelov ikke har rokket ved, der findes så mange gode, ærlige mennesker.
Mit råd er: LØB langt væk fra Generaxion. Det er lige meget hvor mange gode anmeldelser de har her på Trustpilot - kig anmeldelserne igennem og du vil se, der er flere som har oplevet det og det er muligt det også kan ske for dig.
Der findes mange andre gode marketing virksomheder, vælg en anden. Held og lykke :-)

I have had the most outrageous, rude and appalling experience with Generaxion. I was sold big promises and “gold and green forests” by one of their salespeople. I signed five-year contracts for two companies, and for one of them there was a clause that if it turned out this was not the right direction for us, we would be able to get out of the contract. The salesperson assured me several times that this would be no problem. In reality, it turned out not to be possible at all.
The whole process was very unpleasant, and I lost my trust in Generaxion as a company and tried to get out of both contracts. It is not possible to get out of their contracts, so be aware of that. Instead, they went after payment for the full five-year period.
It has been a horrible experience, with rude employees from their accounting department, and in the end the whole matter ended up in court in Aarhus, Denmark – with 469,900 DKK plus interest judgment owed to Generaxion. They are demanding payment for work they never did and never will do – which also makes me question our legal system.
I also look at my own role in this and feel sad, angry and frustrated with myself for falling for their sales tricks. My trust in people was exploited in the worst possible way. I value that trust deeply – and thankfully these people at Generaxion have not destroyed it, because there are still many good and honest people out there.
My advice is: RUN far away from Generaxion. It does not matter how many good reviews they have here on Trustpilot – read through the reviews and you will see that this has happened to others as well, and it is very possible it could happen to you too. There are many other good marketing companies – choose a different one. Good luck with your project :-)

I had an initial consultation with this company, and while the representative was very friendly, the overall experience left me feeling uneasy. As a new business owner, I felt somewhat taken advantage of.

During our morning meeting, it was agreed that I would have two weeks to review the presentation and the potential 5-year contract. However, the same day, six hours later, I was offered a "special agreement" just for me and pressured to sign a contract within 48 hours, which I found unprofessional.

Additionally, I was surprised by the additional costs for Meta advertising, which weren't clearly outlined in the initial presentation. The extra money was mentioned casually, leaving me unsure where that money from 1,3, or 5-year contract would go.

Overall, the experience made me feel like they were trying to rush me into a decision, and I'd caution other new business owners to be wary.

While the initial contact was positive, the business practices gave the impression of being overly aggressive. I'm giving two stars because of the friendly initial call. I hope this feedback encourages a more patient approach with potential clients, especially those new to the business world.

I've joined a really good webinar on copywriting. I was positively suprised as there was lots of value and good external examples in the webinar (which is rare, companies typically will just speak about their service).

Do never sign the contract with this company! You sign the contract and you must to work with them 5 years, even those you are not happy with their work. You pay 25.000 dkk for nothing. And you have no right to change anything or stop the contract earlier than 5 years.

After somebody at generaxion had closed my account without consulting me, Bettina from support worked incessently to solve the problem. She tried all the posibilities availiable to her and consulted experts higher up in the syatem, although my mail was down for seven days it was not because Bettina was't trying. She always phoned back when she said she would, and kept me constantly informed on any progress Bettina should have ten stars and Generaxion two :-)

A unique and rare first contact/impression because of the salesperson who contacted me.
It was friendly, very personal and professional.

The followup meeting with the consultant was absolutely fine, but since I have not yet engaged with sgme, I can't tell anything about their product and efficiency.

They have very good service and they produced a very nice layout for my company's home page houmollerconsulting.dk

I experienced Søgemedier A/S for 2 of my companies in Denmark. We have 2 agreements for 2 display campaigns. 3 banners, 5 keywords and thats it ... no other optimizations. Even a beginner can make a better google campaign. It is a waste of money for impressions and few clicks.
I ask them to review my banners, almost 2 months ago and I'm still waiting for this ... No possible to cancel the agreements, no matter what... I still need to pay for something that has very poor results.
Think twice before you make any agreements with Søgemedier A/S. You need to make a contract for one year with them, what you cant cancel or change. You also need to pay in 9 days and then wait a long time until they make the banners *like 3 banners in one month and then start the campaign.
Not recommended at all !!!
