I returned a frame bag as it did not fit my bike. Gearshop kindly gave me a voucher to the value of the bag. In the meantime, I bought a bigger bike and asked for the frame bag to be returned. They promptly returned the bag, with I much appreciated. This is awesome customer service.

I’ve ordered a fair bit from Gearshop over the past few years. Always delivered to Auckland. Gear is always top quality and boxed which feels safe and secure. Always dispatched within the timeframe, sometimes right on the last day but have never gone over. Arrives quick once dispatched! Also the point system is so helpful and makes purchases feel meaningful as the system actually works well. Great company and I always recommend!

Personal service! Slight hiccup with stock v order was sorted with several options offered. Very happy with gear and knowing I'm dealing with good people.

Boots were great and they turned up in a couple of days. Needed to exchange them for a larger size which was super easy and also really quick.
