They send shipping info but don’t ship.

I placed an order on 12/17 and they sent shipping info on 12/21. I get that shipping speeds can be slower during the holidays but on 12/29 the package still showed as pending pickup. I sent a message to customer service and received a notification that they would contact me the next day after 4 pm. Today is 1/2 and I still haven’t heard from them. Definitely wouldn’t recommend shopping with them. I’m going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company which is a headache.
