I made a purchase from a company which turned out to be a none purchase as my money to buy the goods appeared as a credit on my account with a company called Get2beactive. I had never heard of or had any communications with this company up till that point.
I reviewed my experience on this platform in May 2026 and needless to say it was a 1-star review I have been having ongoing problems since then including several times they said it would all come right if I amended my Trustpilot review and even included the instructions on how to do that

"I understand you didn’t intend to join a shopping club. I’ve now cancelled your membership, and a confirmation email has been sent to xxxxxxmail.com. You will still be able to use any remaining credits on your account if you wish to shop with us in the future. Regarding your request for a full refund: I’m very sorry, but according to our terms and conditions the charges are non-refundable. The amounts you paid have been converted into credits in your get2beactive account, which you can spend 1:1 like euros in our shop with access to discounts of up to 80% on various products."

I decided to buy something from them to use some of my credit as per the above mail, I ordered, I paid (from my account) but nothing and now after nearly 4 months of waiting, nothing, I tried ordering further goods (kid’s cloths) but ran in to a problem not being able to select a size amongst other things eventually the order had to be made manually by them
I have been assured on numerous occasions that my orders have been filed and paid and were being transported but nothing.
Avoid this company they are unscrupulous, lying, cheating, scammers who will say anything to you to try and placate you.

I have every email communication sent from them and from me which can be substantuated as truthfull

This is a company in Cyprus that requires positive evaluation to return my money , they stole money twice from my account pretending in an ad that I can buy pots and pans but they withdraw twice and their customer service said that this money is buying membership and got cards in Cyprus . I am in Riyadh Saudi Arabia . They sent email claiming my membership is cancelled and to be able to return my money I need to evaluate them positive. I refused and insisted that I will evaluate when I get my money back.

Jeremy reacted to my requests expediently in refunded my money after I cancelled my order.

I did not sign upto this company and have now had £55.36 taken from my account without authorisation!
The online chat appears to have addressed this and states I have been refunded but I only have one email confirming a refund of £22.99 confirmed. Where is the rest?

Fulfilled all reasonable request and complied to everything that was agrred.

The item i put in the basket was a suitcase. When I authorised the charge it changed to a gift card and a subscription. This was not what i was buying. However, I have been contacted promptly with a promise of a refund once I give this prompted review.
