Scam

Total scam,i bought a home trainer from this store it was delivered to another address in another country and they didn't answer my mails regarding the matter and of course didn't refund the money.

We have already forwarded your complaint to Poste Italiane’s international shipments department to request a full explanation and an official investigation into why the package was delivered to a different address in another country instead of to you in Rabweh, Lebanon.

As soon as we receive their response, we will contact you directly to clarify what happened and to arrange the appropriate solution, including a refund or replacement if the shipment cannot be delivered to you as originally planned.

We take this matter very seriously and are committed to resolving it as quickly as possible.

Stay away from this lame store! refused to refund me for package damaged in transit, and lied repeatedly about it.

Hi, we don't understand why you wrote such nasty things about us at Gambacicli, given that we've always supported you. You never told us you received a damaged product. Perhaps you're confusing us with another online shop? Allow me to copy and paste the last email you wrote us, stating that you received your order, albeit with some difficulty due to FedEx, but we provided you with the necessary assistance.

"Bonjour, ça y est j ai bien reçu le colis et tout est rentré dans l ordre. Cela dit, une fois de plus, FedEx n a pas respecté les consignes car le dérailleur a été déposé dans ma boîte aux lettres alors que j avais demandé un dépôt chez shanu-multiservices. Ce n est pas la première fois que avec FedEx s est très compliqué parce qu’il ne tiennent pas compte des contraintes des destinataires.. leur communication entre les livreurs et leurs interfaces web est catastrophique… bon l essentiel est que le colis ait été livré mais ce n est pas sans risque car les boîtes aux lettres de mon immeuble ne sont pas fiables et sécurisées. régulièrement des courriers sont livrés par erreur ou disparaissent… en tout cas merci d être intervenu auprès d eux car si les prestations de FedEx sont terribles, leurs interfaces web pour faire le lien entre l’entreprise FedEx et les destinataires des colis sont tout autant catastrophiques; aussi je ne sais pas comment j aurais pu leur faire part de mes difficultés sans passer par vous ; et ce d autant que vous n êtes pas responsables des dysfonctionnements de FedEx . J imagine que tôt ou tard ils seraient revenus vers moi… encore merci et bonne journée. Stéphane B.

Great everything as usual except marking the shipment with Signature required which makes it difficult when we are working and the value is low....
small issue and nothing against Gambacicli!!

Awful service

Sent my sunglasses package via UPS without commercial invoice on the outside part of the package .
Cost me 75 Euro for custom clearance (sunglasses cost me 67 Euro)
I sent an e-mail asking for a refund and then a 2nd one.. . Didn't hear from them since then
Not even a single response neither resposibility

Very complete and exhaustive offer of components.
Very good value. They shipped within the agreed timeline, and one item listed as missing was sourced promptly. Finding the helmet was very easy. Specifications overall very well available. I would only suggest links to manufacturers for any desired detail.
The only point of improvement could be the particulars of the courier's tracking.
