I would like to advise all customers that Gadgetnotes DO NOT operate from North Mersey Business Centre. We have reported the use of our address to trading standards, companies house and HMRC.

We believe the website to be a scam as customers have arrived at our site chasing items that have been purchased but never arrived.

Ordered from Gadget Notes and it arrived in two days. Set it up myself without issues, though the manual could be clearer. Been running fine for a week now with no problems. Heating works properly and customer service answered my warranty question pretty quickly. Does the job.

Selling Battery Backup Generators for £309 when elsewhere they are over £600. I should rephrase that, they aren't selling anything

Arrived in perfect condition last week. Plugged it in and everything worked first go, no issues at all. Still running smooth after several days of use. Manual was easy to follow. Support got back quickly about warranty. Does the job without any fuss.

After signing up the comparison to my old supplier became obvious pretty quick. Delivery showed up when promised, the fee disappeared because my total cleared five hundred pounds, and when I had a question about getting things working they answered the same day. No drama anywhere. The interface is way simpler than what I was used to before, and navigating around doesn't feel like a chore anymore. Honestly just refreshing to use something that doesn't make you want to pull your hair out.

Expected this to take ages but it landed on my doorstep way faster than promised. Unpacked it and everything was inside, nothing rattling around or loose. Instructions made sense when I read through them. Been running it for about a week now and zero problems at all. Asked support one question about the warranty and they answered the next morning. Does the job properly and the price matched what I was after. Checked it over twice after unboxing and all the bits were accounted for. Really happy with how quick the whole thing was from start to finish.

Scammed me £1600 for a sit on mower. SCAMMED stay Away

One star !!!! Really it should be minus 1000 ! How can fraudulent people get one star ?

People please please stay away from these people the website looks good you can go on live chat , or can you ? Well short answer is no you can’t you can message all you like it says agent online but you won’t get a reply! Nor will you get a reply when you call . There nobody there ! How can google let these guys operate on Google it’s wrong and evil . Forget the good reviews saying all ok it was late they are fake ,fake , fake just to dust up the bad honest reviews from innocent people (victims) who have given hard earned money to fraudulent people. Trust me you will never get your goods . Also another thing to think about !!!! When you buy from Asda using your card if you look at your card statement and tsp on transaction it says groceries, if you go to home bargains tap on the transaction it says retail and surprise surprise click on this transaction it says , wait for it and it’s definitely not retail it says transport! What the hell the card terminal is linked to transport obviously getting as much money as they can before the banks shut it down . Just keep away from these horrible people they will get there comeuppance I’m sure conning probably hundreds if not thousands of innocent people out of thousands of pounds ! Trust pilot should also take note it says not enough reviews to make there mind up well wake up trust pilot they are stealing hard earned money from innocent customers I myself have cancer and if they can stop so low to steal from a cancer patient then I’m sure they will all rot in hell

Ordered a combi boiler on 15 Jun and still waiting a delivery they have given a tracking info delivery due on 09 July which over 21 days. Upon contacting through email as phone number given is not a valid number I get reply back with an apology as item is out of stock however even today they are selling same boiler on the website without any waring.
Is anyone else going through same issue ...looks like scam

This company is the same another company who were pulling exact the same scam this time last year but from a different address in Manchester. There's no appliances or staff at the Address given at their new location in Liverpool. If you happen to be local just visit the address and find out for yourself. Also note that all reviews whether positive or negative are unprompted views, meaning that the company hasn't asked any of it's customers for a review. Also note that all the positive reviews were all close together towards the end of May and half the people carrying out the reviews aren't even using their full name.

The refrigerator I ordered works perfectly, and the price was fair. The website navigation was a bit confusing at first because there were so many categories. However, once I got familiar with it, it was no problem at all. Customer service responded to my inquiry within a day, which I really appreciated.

This is most definitely a scam . All reviews left have appeared consistently in May . A closer look into this company needs looking into

Clearly a scam. Hit the favourites button and you get a picture of an outboard. Currency toggle doesn't change. Neither does currency. Prices too low to be true.

My order was delivered correctly and the payment process was uncomplicated. For the price, the overall experience was definitely satisfying.

Suggest this is a scam site and to be careful. They say you have ordered an item but no sales email that works and the phone number just is dead. If this is your company , please prove me wrong by contacting me with a real phone number.
