I ordered 3 t-shirts but I selected the wrong size for one of them....I had te send the wrong one back and without any issues at all I got the same one in the right size.

Communication with goldenpump was top tier AND they really follow up on this. I would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

I ordered a t-shirt, which initially arrived in the wrong color. However, the customer support was absolutely fantastic! Joanne was incredibly helpful, friendly, and handled the exchange perfectly. The correct shirt has now arrived, and the quality is great. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how they are solved that matters. Highly recommended!

First of all, thank you for the team that prepared my order, they were very fast about the adress issue and they sent my order as fast as they can for my friend brithday.

GoldenPump presents itself as a German company, but when I needed to return an item I was instructed to send it to a warehouse in Poland. Unlike many reputable retailers, they do not provide a prepaid return label or cover return shipping costs, so I had to pay for the return myself.
The parcel reached Poland weeks ago and has since been confirmed as being held at a post office in Poznań, with the recipient notified and invited to collect it. Despite this, the parcel remains uncollected and my refund has still not been issued.
I have done everything required of me: requested the return, paid for the return shipping, provided tracking information and ensured the parcel reached the destination country. Yet I am still being told that no refund can be issued because they have not received the parcel.
From my perspective, the only reason the return has not been completed is because the company has not collected a parcel that is already waiting for them. Meanwhile, I am left out of pocket for both the purchase and the return postage.
The entire process feels extremely sketchy. A company marketing itself as German but directing returns to Poland is one thing. Refusing to resolve a refund issue when the return is sitting at a postal facility waiting to be collected is another.

Judge for yourself, but based on my experience I would not buy from this company again as this situation has been extremely frustrating and has caused me a significant amount of unnecessary stress.

Postal carrier was awful, but customer support was excellent. Finally the package arrived, it just needed time.

Absolutely faultless service, dispatched very quickly, communication was first class, and most of all, the product is fantastic and very good quality.

I ordered several shirts from GoldenPump, and my experience was mixed.

As a bigger guy, the fit of the regular 4XL shirts felt quite off. They were much smaller than expected — more like an XL or 2XL — and had a strange tightness across the back that made them uncomfortable to wear. On the other hand, the oversized 4XL T-shirts were actually closer to the expected size and fit much better.

Unfortunately, the overall quality of the shirts was disappointing. Some of the seams were already coming apart when the products arrived, which doesn’t give a very durable impression. Aside from that, the shirts themselves are otherwise okay in terms of basic design.

One positive note: customer service was good in my case and handled things properly.

Because of the sizing inconsistencies and weak build quality, but decent service, I would give this a 3 out of 5 stars.

On the same day I placed my order, I asked if it would be possible to change the T-shirt size, and she replied almost immediately and handled my request with great willingness and efficiency. I saw the ad on Instagram. I bought the shirt, but they shipped the wrong size. I contacted support, and they prepared a free replacement for me, no shipping costs.
