They’ve settled a bet incorrectly and refuse to own their mistake. They’ve advertised a cricket game, with the team who played away marked as away so selection “2”. I have picked this team (Nellai Royal Kings) and they won the game, then their results provider has settled the game as Nellai Royal Kings being the “home team” and selection “1” so it’s been settled as if I bet on the other team - you cannot do this. If you put a team as option 2 it must stay option 2. If you advertise them as number 2 they must be settled as number 2, not reversed to 1.
