Shortly after placing an order for several cases from BURGA, I changed my mind and needed to adjust the options for two items while adding a new one. This meant I had to cancel the original order and place a new one.
​(I am not sure how international systems usually work, but in South Korea, consumers can typically cancel an order before shipping with a simple click, which automatically restores any used coupons right away.)

​However, unable to find a cancellation button, I had to contact customer support to request it. The idea of having to write a message and wait for a resolution just to cancel an order felt unfamiliar and a bit worrying at first. To my surprise, the support team processed the cancellation exceptionally fast, allowing me to place my new order promptly and with full peace of mind.

​The only minor inconvenience was that the discount coupon applied to my initial order was not automatically restored. To receive the same discount, I had to go through a slight hassle of creating a new account.

​Even so, contrary to my initial concerns that the response might take long or the request might be denied, the support was almost instantaneous and genuinely kind. Interestingly, communicating with the support team despite this minor hiccup actually built greater trust and fondness for the brand—even before receiving my very first package!

​It also gave me a moment to reflect on the business perspective: perhaps making order cancellations "too effortless" isn't necessarily ideal for running a company.

​Another reason I would rate my shopping experience with BURGA so highly is the remarkably fast shipping process—much faster than I had anticipated.

​Unless the physical product turns out significantly different from the images on the website or has major quality issues, I fully intend to remain a loyal customer of BURGA for a long time and eagerly recommend it to others around me.

There are many choices . The site is easy to use. The products are on trend . The quality is good.

Worst customer service ever. Never buying here again. Having to proof a manufacturing defect 4 times (with video's) and still denying it is disgusting. The price you pay for those phone cases is already an insane money grab and if it has a defect you just bury your head in the sand.
Also, not telling everything important about the phone cases on the case pages is misleading big time.

I found the process of ordering very easy and i was informed that it had been shipped. The product came swiftly and within a few days. It is to be a Christmas present so it hasn’t been used yet.

I ordered a case which was the wrong size. People should know the company is in Lithuania and it costs $400 to send a cover back from US for a refund. This needs to be advertised so people know the sale is almost a final sale, as no one will pay $400 for a return. I am now stuck with a cover I can't use

I had an issue with my order regarding personalisation and contacted the company. My request was handled incredibly quickly and professionally. Within just one hour, my order had been cancelled and the refund process confirmed.

This is what excellent customer service looks like: fast, friendly, efficient and completely hassle-free.

Even though I had to cancel my order, the outstanding service has left me with a very positive impression of BURGA.
