The item I purchased is faulty, they won’t replace or refund until it is returned for inspection but have proved unable to organise a courier company to collect it. Seems that being based in the Republic of Ireland is an issue despite them using a.IE web address.

Very poor information,i bought a bed of them with delivery meant to be in the 28th of August i rang on the 31stv to find out why it wasn't delivered only to be roof out was sent to homestart on the 28th of August and they would deliver it within 14 days from than, there was no mention of this prior to placing and paying for the order.

Do not trust the delivery dates at all. They are no where near accurate. Delivery due 12th august. Still not.even dispatched. Promised dispatch by 30th august at latest and today 3/9 can't even confirm when it will be sent.

Ordered a reconditioned under counter …
Ordered a reconditioned under counter integrated freezer. Supposedly fully tested by engineers and only minor scratches. It came with missing parts and unusable rear feet lifts. Could not be installed in present condition. Difficult to get through to them and then it was difficult to initiate return and pickup. Even though the website is .ie it is a British company and had to pay a customs duty even though the appliance came from Germany.

Great price etc. - put off further purchases by the delivery
The products, price and service were excellent from BuyItDirect.ie. Losing a star due to their choice of courier (DPD) - I made 2 purchases from BuyItDirect.ie in the last few weeks and DPD's delivery (total lack of respect for the products and for my property) has actually put me off ordering the 3rd item that I needed from buyitdirect - I bought it from a competitor instead. I have written to BuyItDirect to alert them - perhaps they will change their choice of courier?

I ordered electric heaters for a family moving into a rented house and was told they were in stock and would be delivered on or before the 21/08/2026
I am still waiting on delivery 10 days later with no update or communication.
Total waste of time, I should of went to Screwfix.
Ver very poor would advise shop elsewhere.
