Order confirmed but rescinded by Bron after payment. No full reimbursement

I ordered a reximex Daystar in March 2024. Bron confirmed the order in an email exchange and I paid by bank transfer the same day. I inquired after I still hadn't received any info about the shipment more than a week later. Bron replied that the product was out of stock and they had returned the bank transfer. The reimbursement received was 24 EUR less than the charge to my account. I expressed my surprise and requested a full reimbursement. No further reply by Bron. I had already made 3 earlier purchases but this will be my last one.

No response to warranty emails

Bought a Reximex RP PCP carbine online
Had a faulty aircylinder when it arrived.

I have written to Bron.pl on email and messenger several times. Bron haven't replied any of them.

Cannot recommend to use their web shop since they do not reply on warranty emails / messenger texts
