Shocking.
Shocking.
Delivery is now 2 days overdue and no one can find where it is.
2 packs of Indian sand stone - my project has now been set back.
Awful communication, the lady I called said she would call me back and didn’t on the first day.
I’ve had to chase the haulers they’re using myself.
It was due to be delivered to Thursday, it’s now Sunday and I can’t find out where it is until tomorrow I now 9am because they’re not open.
Truly shocking.

Can’t really comment too much as they couldn’t supply anything I wanted. Problem with the supply of mini-bags (20kg).
On a positive note, the person I was dealing with, via email, was as helpful as they could be and friendly.
To be fair, they also weren’t the only ones having difficulty getting mini-bags.
