We are very sorry to hear about this. This sounds like an in-game glitch rather than anything as a result of us. We have no control over what happens after claiming so sadly in most cases we cannot reimburse your items. We simply deliver items through the in game trading process like any other trade so there would be no way for us to access your items or make your knife go missing afterwards. Perhaps you traded it away or someone else with access to your account did?
In future, we'd recommend contacting our support team first through email or live chat rather than leaving a negative review to give us a chance to help you. It also means you'd get a much more efficient response than waiting here. Please email me at admin@bloxcart.com with your order details and we can investigate further.
