These people are scammers!!! They don't deliver when they are supposed to and they sell the cheepest, crappiest bunches of flowers you could ever not want to see. If you want to be dissapointed then choose them. They are also not who the pretend to be. I thought I was dealing with a real florist shop but they use this as a front. They distribute out of a wharehouse. You can get better quality bunches from the supermarket. I was gutted with my experience and felt totally ripped off. Don't let yourself be the next one to feel this way. Just scroll down and find a more reputable florist. I wish I had:(

Ordered an expensive bouquet from Bloomex for our anniversary, to arrive on 31st August. It failed to arrive. The help line is a joke. A disinterested girl put me through to a number that rang for two minutes and then cut me off. A very modest bunch of flowers arrived today, 2nd September, with a note for someone’s grandmother. The wrong flowers for the wrong people.

i ordered a flower , & it was really dry flower i am not sure how old they were
really rubbish customer service too when i claled and emailed them

Ordered some flowers for a friend's birthday they arrived a day late got 2 emails saying they had been delivered but hadnt rung customer services what a waste of time that was the flowers finally arrived a day late the flowers were nice but I wont be ordering from bloomex ever again I highly recommend new customers dont either !

A 1 star rating is generous. This company is a scam. Paid for an $80 bouquet and what arrived was a limp/very nearly dead bunch of flowers which wouldn't even be sold for more than $15 at the supermarket.

Ordered and paid for same day delivery bouquet to Matamata. This order was placed before 10.30am. Email from NZ Post arrived at 4.30 saying the flowers were collected from ONEHUNGA and would be delivered the following day! Not sure why they were sent from Auckland and not Tauranga.
Contacted Bloomex who said they don’t do same day delivery to Matamata but they took the money!
Extremely poor service and will certainly NEVER use this service again. Also, what arrived was NOTHING like the bouquet that I ordered.
I emailed to complain and ….got an email back….in FRENCH🙄

I ordered and paid for same day delivery as this was a time sensative arrangement. 26 hours later...and still no flowers! flase advertising! dont use them

Paid for same day delivery service and was advised at 7.30pm that it was outside their same day delivery service. Flowers delivered next day in shit condition and wilted. Over $100 spent on a shitty small bouquet that was 1 day late.

Ordered flowers for a friend whose father has died, so far they haven’t been delivered. The advertisement is designed to look like they are a local florist which they are not. The call centre person when I rang following up on where the flowers were could hardly speak English and kept cutting the call off. This is a scam cost me $102 DO NOT USE

TERRIBLE! Don't shop here! Instead support your local florists who will give you value for money. We got so many bunches from here after a family members passing and couldn't believe what they were, almost an embarrasment.

Advertised next-day delivery, but right after ordering, I got an email saying my area was outside their zone and the flowers would be late. When I asked for a refund, they refused to process it and instead repeatedly tried to push cheap 5% and 10% discounts. Avoid this company if you actually need your flowers on time.

They have already drooped and are dying
The flowers were obviously old stock

DO NOT order anything from this website the flower arrangement was nothing like the arrangement on the website one more day they would have wilted. I ordered a teddy bear to go with the arrangement and instead my granddaughter received a peanut slab and peckish crackers no phone call to discuss the alternative my granddaughter could have had a nut allergy. When I called the through to the 0800 number to inform them they asked me to send photos which I did they then claimed they did not receive any of my 13 emails I sent and then when they did they said no photos were attached I asked to speak to the manager suddenly the photos appeared, I am still awaiting to hear back. But after reading all the bad reviews which thier are many of I will most likely NOT receive a callback!

Absolutely awful in every way - Placed the order, came off my card no confirmation or anything. Rang up twice and spoke to two absolutely awful CSR who had the personality of a wet fish. So unhelpful and disinterested. Quite staggering how terrible the entire experience has been and still no delivery yet assured before 10am today.

I ordered flowers and paid the same day delivery fee. I was told 30 minutes later that the order would be deferred until the next day.

I called and cancelled the order within the hour and was told I would receive a refund as per their cancellation within the hour policy.

The flowers were delivered the next day.

I'm now in a phone call battle as to why I wont get a refund and am waiting (3 hours and counting) for a return label email so I can send the unwanted flowers back to receive the refund.

Dont buy from this website for same day delivery as they cannot fulfil this obligation and I dont think Ill get my refund as agreed.

Ordered flowers for delivery for an important anniversary
Delivery was not attempted (person was home and access visible). Called back before same day delivery cut off to get them delivered - neither first delivery nor a redelivery possible. Refused to refund. Customer service team member hung up on me, refused to transfer to a manager. Awful service. Do not recommend

Terrible.
Advertise as local and able to do same day delivery.
Then "can't fulfill from local supplier - nor same day"...so flowers that I thought I ordered from a north Dunedin florist ended up getting sent from Christchurch.
Quality was much poorer than advertised too!!

Do not use this service.
Expensive product. Delivery was delayed even after paying a premium for same day delivery. An order made in Wellington for Wellington was dispatched from Auckland! Do not use Bloomex. Do Not use Mel's Blooms (wellington).

Ordered flowers, told they would be available and delivered same day (booked via Mels flowers that turned out to be a front) was called shortly later to tell me there was no courier as it was in town (Wellington Central), then told that the local florist had no stock. Called straight back and cancelled. No refund but an option to use the service again! Ordered from a different website, got a person on the line, was assured they would be delivered, same back end call centre with same excuse. Still no flowers, spent $250 with nothing. Avoid at all costs
