Perfect service.

Perfect ervaring

Very good experience! The communication was excellent — everything was explained clearly and all my questions were answered quickly. The whole process was easy, professional, and very fast. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this laboratory.

I booked blood tests and had my sample taken on Monday, August 10th. I was told results would be ready within a few days. Ten days and eight business days later, I still didn't have my full results.

Not once did they proactively update me. Every single update I got was only because I chased them — I had to reach out again and again just to get basic information about my own test results. That is not how a service should be run, especially a medical one.

On Tuesday the 18th, I was told results would be sent "the next day" — this didn't happen. Because of this false promise, I made a last-minute change to a medical appointment I needed the results for, and incurred extra costs rescheduling it.

When I finally got an update, I was informed that some of my tests had not been processed correctly, and that this had not been communicated to me earlier either — I only found out after chasing them yet again.

They offered me a full refund, as if this were some kind of favor. It isn't. A refund just means I'm not paying for a service that was never delivered. It is not compensation, and it is not accountability. They refused to cover the extra costs from the missed appointment or the express re-testing I now need elsewhere, since I can no longer trust them to deliver anything on time. At no point did they take real responsibility for the false information they gave me or for how badly this whole process was handled.

Ten days of silence I had to constantly break myself, a false promise, and mishandled test results — this is not acceptable for a medical service. I would not trust this company with anything important, and I'd think twice before using them at all.

Completely incompetent. We carried out our blood screening 14 days before we needed the results to ensure we had enough time. We did not receive our complete results. After 7 days we chased and were told they were coming. 9 days later still nothing. We were told they were complete but the system was down.

Only to be told the day before we need to use the blood results that “the lab processed the results incorrectly” and that sorry there is nothing to be done.

Go anywhere else but here. Complete waste of time and money.

Excellent service

Quick results, good customer care, many locations. Just some employee in hospital’s points are not familiar with rules of this company, they always ask a name of doctor, who prescribed tests, until some of their colleagues say, that I came with order and it has scan code… The process of figuring everything out takes time and is annoying. But self ordering tests you personally need is amazing 👌high recommend

Everything was clear and understandable, the results came back fast. Good communication from their side if any questions needed answers.

I received the blood check referral super fast to my email, I was very surprised it was handled so quickly, but and even more when I already received the results just a couple of hours after I had my blood withdrawn at the clinic. The service is not cheap, but at least super fast and the service is good.

So grateful for this service. It is so useful to be in the driving seat and track my medical markers based on lifestyle choices.

I had a good experience! Ordering was easy and stress-free. A huge bonus is that you get the referral letter immediately after paying, which sets them apart from other providers. The turnaround time for results was also lightning-fast. 10/10 highly recommended!
