I have no issues with Bio-D products
I have no issues with Bio-D products. In fact I love them. Last order was a very large box and this order is much smaller about 5kg. My issue is DX Delivery they use. I paid £7.96 for this order NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Now they have updated the online order and say they will deliver today. I am tired if staying in waiting for deliveries by DX and paying over the odds for failing to deliver next day. Ive asked Bio-D to change their delivery courier company. Its not as if they are cost effective or efficient. 2 orders 2 failed deliveries in 4 months. I would rather pay DPD or Royal Mail to get my order on time. The courier is letting customers down. Thanknyou Isabella for sorting thus out. I am hoping now they will deliver today! I wont hold my breath.
