Good but quite unstable payment system
Quite unstable payment system. My payment was interrupted 3 times and 3 times I had to find the items in the shop and order again.
Apart from that good selection in the shop, good filtering and sufficient information.

Fast and low prices
I have used it once and bought some race face grips and it was cheap and fast delivery time. I have only tried it once and i have not tried out the service there but overall just buying was a great experience.

I have bought many things and up to now…
I have bought many things and up to now I have been happy. They however do not cover for returning shipping expenses so you have to be careful if you are not certain about your purchase. However, price matching works and the employees on the phone are helpful and friendly. I will continue as a customer.

Best range of cycling goods in Norway
I have shopped a large number of times from Bikeshop.no. They have steadily improved on their service. They have a very good range of products at a price level that is better than any domestic retailer I am aware of. They are service minded if contacted by phone. Their delivery could and should be faster, typically taking 1-2 weeks. The estimated delivery times for out of stock items (or "in suppliers stock") are inaccurate and you risk delaying your shipment if orders include such items, so double check before placing order.
