Like other reviews i saw (unfortunately to late), in the beginning they were great. But after 3/4 times of using it wasn’t non stick anymore and everything stick to the pan.. such a waste of my money

Beautiful design, great handling, excellent value for money.
I have been buying BergHoff products for years now, and I’ve absolutely come to love them. I started with a few food containers years ago, was very satisfied with them, and have been buying most of my kitchenware from BergHOFF ever since. I cook a lot – indoor and outdoor – so it is put to the test. I was happy when they expanded their range of cookware too. I love the handling and the design of it. Besides the quality and ease of use, the design has actually been an extra reason for me to keep buying BergHOFF. Many of their products have won design awards—and rightfully so. Everything matches beautifully and gives your kitchen its own unique identity. I just love it!

I purchased a 5-piece BergHOFF knife set, and within just a few months, one of the knives snapped during normal use. That alone was disappointing enough. But what happened next was truly unbelievable.
When I contacted customer service with photos and proof of purchase, instead of standing by their so-called warranty, they suggested I had submitted the wrong knife. Honestly, how could any serious company think a customer would go out of their way to buy extra concave knives from other manufacturers just to file a warranty claim? The logic is beyond comprehension, and frankly insulting.
This is not how a company that claims integrity and reputation should treat its customers. The experience left me questioning whether BergHOFF takes its own products or its customers seriously.
Save yourself the frustration. I would strongly advise avoiding BergHOFF products.

I was a bit u sure about purchasing expensive pans but the sales person assured me they came with a lifetime guarantee so I purchased 2 pans and at first they were great but then one of them lost its non stick. Pan is useless now. I registered the lifetime warranty when I bought them so thought oh no problem. I contacted them to be told The warranty is not valid unless you ordered and bought online. £70 down the drain after 12 months

Very disappointed. Don’t believe in warranty. Purchased the pan on Home Show. Had all set of pans from the same company. I had warranty on product. The warranty is not valid unless there a visible problem with pan!?! Egg stick to it like glued. Problem even to wash it off. Absolutely disgraceful how the warranty is delt with- or scam warranty?. So- as we are happy with our products we more then generous to leave a great feedback. But when things go wrong - and I know is not that often- do not relay on the warranty- it is one big fraud. Wast of money. My Lidl old pan for job better at the moment. And is it worth the price- I thought yes but now I know is a one scam about warranty. So if you want to risk it - be sure you are on your own.
Company told me to send the item to them on my cost for examination if I want. So after spending a lot of money on product itself - you just spend more. Have fun. 👋 this is real person review.

Do not purchase, the metal has started to come off the pan inside and they not non stick ! Worst pan I have ever brought

I have Berghoff Leo frying pan purchased in TKMaxx. What a waste of money. Getting rid of it as everything sticks to it and it doesn't smell healthy.

Non stick pan chips off wooden spoons and was not non stick after a couppe of uses what a scam. So dissapointed

Purchased a set of Leo pans and Wok to compliment my new kitchen but quality of pans are awful, with the base becoming detached from the pans, scratching my new induction hob, and non-stick lining discoloured. Customer Service UK appalling and of no help ( I can say the International division of customer service whom I initially contacted were more helpful). Customer Service UK have offered - as a gesture of goodwill ?!? - to replace pans but why would I want another set of pans that are not fit for purpose! I would prefer the cost of these awful pans returned. I advise all potential customers DO NOT BUY BERGHOFF !!

I purchased a ceramic BBQ Large from Berghoff. One year after the purchase, I first reported to Berghoff that the ceramic of the BBQ was cracked. At that time, I had used the BBQ less than 10 times. I quickly received the response that the ceramic was cracked because I was using the BBQ incorrectly. It was suggested that I should purchase my own silicone and do the repair myself.
I certainly did not use the BBQ incorrectly. It was claimed that the ceramic is not covered by the warranty, but according to the manual that is only the case if the BBQ is misused. With other kamado suppliers, one gets a lifetime warranty on the ceramics.
The service from Berghoff is very poor. They make up excuses not to have to give a warranty.

I have spent a significant amount on two sets of "Leo" storage jars - one set in June 2020 and one set in September 2021. These are not cheap and I expected them to last. I had been pleased with them but one of the jars developed a crack which has made it lose its airtight function. I took the trouble to send a photo to Berghoff (April 2022) and this is what they replied: "This is clearly a case of inflicted damage.
The pot has been dropped, something has fallen on it in the sink or has flown around in the dishwasher and cracked it. There is no guarantee on this. Kind Regards". So this was rude! As well as inaccurate and untrue! And I am left concluding that Berghoff do not expect these storage jars to last. I have a set made of similar looking material by a different manufacturer which I inherited from an aunt and which are still going strong, uncracked, after more than three decades so in my view the Leo jars are made of material that is not designed to last. If I wanted semi-disposable kitchenware I would have purchased from a much cheaper source.

I bought a Leo Stockpot and the first time I used it the lid steamed up so badly I was unable to see what was cooking inside. I will be returning it and am so disappointed as I has read all te reviews and it seemed to be the one for me.
