Sign up was very easy, deposit was instant and selection of slots and games are vast. Support is responsive via email, the AI support is very poor and just works on loop inputs. Overall happy with BV, only issue I had was withdrawal. This was eventually fixed. The standard automated message says to do a bank transfer, which is an option to withdraw but not deposit in the UK, which means after 12 hrs of waiting the transfer is cancelled. Perhaps update the message to UK customers that you can only withdraw to bank if you deposited via bank transfer.
