Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I contacted support to resolve an issue and was connected to the very same representative who caused it in the first place. I politely asked to be transferred to someone else, but Mark refused and instead kept giving unhelpful, scripted responses. When I became frustrated, he threatened to ban me from the chat instead of addressing my concerns.
The crazy part is that they refer to me as a VIP customer because of my royal to the platform. If this is how VIP customers are treated, I would hate to see how everyone else is treated. Unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. I have never experienced such poor customer service.

The only good thing about the site is the withdrawal other than that it is garbage for payout and the more you play and the more you put into the site/they give you. I’ve actually been blocked from asking over one time a day for free spins without deposit. Told that come back every day and see what I have. Very petty two free spins in a day I’ve got 13,000 in points. It’s not even a dollar worth..
