Its a terrible place would never recommend it to anyone placed an order never got the voucher, and i cant even refund my order

My plants were nice but they sent the wrong sized decorative pot for what I ordered. Their agent offered me a store credit to reorder the right one and then ignored all emails when I tried to accept the voucher.

As per Belgium’s right to refund for online retailers, I requested a refund within the 14 day window. This was also ignored and so now I will take further action.

Ordered two items, received only one, and it was damaged. Not possible to call them, they say they have proof of delivery but can not show any proof. Never use that company!

Very overpriced products. €40+ for a tiny snake plant. Items poorly packaged also.

I ordered 2 plants, one arrived in the timeframe but was completely damaged. The 2nd plant never arrived. I contacted the company and got a very fast AI response, answered that one and never got any response on that one. The form to send the plant back leads you to an error page and you'll never get a return ticket. I'm probably will never get the 2nd plant nor will I get my money back. So please think twice before ordering with this company. I do now consider consulting legal help as it seems that I'm not the first one experiencing this. I definitely do not recommend this website!!!!

No delivery and no service (ordered a tree on Dec 8th waiting until today Dec 20th), be careful as the website promises delivery times they can’t keep, no response despite I tried to contact them several times, no money refund FRAUD!!

They have an AI response bot attached to the contact form on the website. Sends a very nicely worded response after 5 seconds of submitting the contact form. You'll reply to that email, and never get another response again. Item wasn't delivered, and looks like Ill never see the money back because they do not have customer service.

As you see from the reply, another AI bot failing to do anything to help. Suggesting I send yet another message to the contact form to be answered by a bot.

Products don't arrive on time, if ever. Customer service doesn't ever reply.
I don't know why or how this company is still in business. Seems like a bit of a fraud.

My order did not arrive, and i contacted customer service. For Two weeks getting email saying they were looking INTO the situation... When i got fed up,asked the refund... Stopped answering at all... This type of companies should cease to operate

Very disappointing experience – poor customer service
I had a very frustrating experience with Bee Green. The plan I received arrived with an issue, and despite reaching out, I only got a reply to my first email. After that, complete silence. This lack of support shows a serious lack of professionalism and reliability. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this company based on my experience.

Update: After posting my review, Bee Green finally contacted me and offered to send a replacement plant or issue a refund. Given the previous issues, I chose to receive a refund. However, the communication took a long time, which highlights their ongoing problems with responsiveness. Because of the refund, I am raising my rating to 2 stars, but the slow and poor communication remains a significant concern.

I’ve ordered from this company at least 3-4 times, and every time was an excellent experience. I love how their website educates you on how to take care of your plants, but even more I love how they break it down for you before you buy them so you know you are getting what’s best for you! I do not have a green thumb, and I have a dog, so I like to get plants that are non-toxic and easy to care for. My plants arrived safely in sturdy boxes, were easy to set up, and are doing well!

Be.Green always delivers! Not only did I receive excellent customer service, but the plant was delivered quickly and in perfect condition! I will order from this company again!

I had a great experience with Begreen. Their website made shopping for plants super easy—intuitive layout, beautiful images, and plenty of helpful information. My order arrived faster than expected, and the plants were in excellent condition: healthy, and clearly well cared for. I also found the information guides really useful, especially as someone still learning how to take care of plants... I’m already planning my next order!

I have ordered from BeGreen 3 times and have always been very satisfied. I have cats and I felt safe knowing what plants are safe for them. I also ordered plants for a friend who lives on a high floor, and the plants were delivered to her door. I’ve always received high quality plants. I will definitely order again!

The plants delivered are very healthy, directions given are easy to follow and we continue to order more plants for our house.

I ordered from them, and in a couple of days I already had my package delivered. The packaging was very nice, carefully wrapping the plants, and they arrived under great condition. I am very satisfied with my order and the quality. Would for sure recommend.
