Do not buy here!
I was very excited to receive my smoker BBQ, but unfortunately my experience with this company was disappointing.
When I placed my order, the website stated an estimated delivery time of 4–7 working days. In reality, I had to wait more than a month for my smoker to arrive.
During that time, communication was slow and unclear. Even after several weeks, the company still couldn't provide a reliable delivery date or tell me with certainty when my order would be shipped.
To compensate for the long delay, I was promised a starter kit. Unfortunately, this was never included or sent, despite the promise.
The smoker itself is great, but the customer service and communication were far below my expectations. I hope the company improves its communication, provides more realistic delivery estimates, and follows through on the promises it makes to its customers.
