One of the bottle wasnt closed…
One of the bottle wasnt closed properly, so it was leaking in the box half of the bottle gone. I reported right away and they came back with a returning the product and tell me to wait for 3 weeks. So I think its too much work for me to go to the city again and drop it off.
Just kind of disappointed.
When I got the reply she only offered the return. Its more complicated for me to return it and waited for the refund. If thats ok if I can take a discount for this experience?
