I placed an order almost 2 months ago spending 1000 euro including shipping. They have said twice that the order has been shipped and should have been already delivered but never shared any tracking information or proof of shipment. i've been emailing and calling them repeatedly for 6 weeks but they don't answer. I think this company might be a scam and I am worried about losing all my money.

Terrible experience – Avoid at all costs!
I was initially told my order would arrive within 3-4 days, but I ended up waiting over two weeks. Every time I asked for an update, they assured me the delivery would happen the next day—this happened three times in a row, making me stay home unnecessarily. When the order finally arrived, it was the completely wrong product and size.
I tried contacting the company multiple times by phone and email to resolve the issue, but they ignored all my attempts. Their customer service is nonexistent, and they clearly don’t care about their customers.
I strongly advise against buying from this company. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

One star is even too much.
- first I placed an order which they never sent
- then after 20x calling they promissed to sent the order
- then I asked to update the order with two extra screens
- then they sent an email saying: have faith, we will sent your order somewhere next week
- then they fiiiiinally sent the order, without the extra rolls
- then they sent me an invoice and payment link for the extra rolls.
- then they charged me extra transport costs for the extra rolls
- at last when I wanted to make another order, they disapeared in silence...
This took about 4 weeks. One star is even too much. Go to the competition.

I bought bamboo sticks that are labeled with diameter 18-20mm, but most are thinner than 18mm even on the thick side.

Poor show
Dear Bamboo Import,
We waited for 1,5 months for our delivery. When it was finally was there the bamboo was completely soaked and full of mold.
Customer service employee Maaike is next level unfriendly and not helpful.
After contacting also by mail we got back we should clean it?! Very disappointed and very unhappy about the product/ delivery and customer service. Would not recommend ordering any products here.

My purchased products were not…
My purchased products were not delivered. It is now over 2 months ago, almost 3, and I still haven’t received any notification of delivery, or that it could not be delivered. I called several times and wrote emails, but the same response via phone that they will write back. After I wrote that I wanted my purchase to be canceled with a full refund, as they are not delivering, I haven’t received any confirmation or refund. It seems to be a scam.

My order was delayed, packaging damaged in shipping as well, but delay was communicated by seller and order was undamaged.
