Poor product from China, misleading adv. I didn't even use the product (dental spray). Return on charge of the customer directly to their chinese address

This Chinese Company unfortunately Is stating as a local Italian One. The products are manufactured in China with very long transit time. I do not see any European certification and will not use the Dental spray recently ordered. I'll try to return due to satisfied or reimbursed policy included in the terms and conditions. Pay attention

My experience with this company has been unacceptable from start to finish. I placed order #9533 expecting a product that matched what was advertised on their website, with the delivery times they clearly promoted. Instead, the product arrived after around 21 days, much later than expected, and from a country that was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

The product itself raised serious concerns. The packaging and website claims did not match the ingredient list. They advertised things like hypochlorous acid, enzymes, probiotics and “vegan-friendly,” but the label did not clearly support those claims, and it even listed “Beef Flavor,” which directly contradicts the vegan-friendly claim. The label also contained unprofessional wording and poor translations, which made the product look unreliable and unsafe to use on my dog.

Customer service made the situation even worse. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered me a ridiculous partial refund and then expected me to pay to return the product to China, even though the problem was caused by misleading information and a product that did not match the description. On top of that, the return address they provided was incomplete and missing essential details needed for an international tracked return, such as the full recipient name and phone number.

In my opinion, this company hides behind vague policies instead of respecting customers. I had to waste my time chasing answers, requesting basic return information, and defending my rights as a consumer.

I regret buying from BauPaw and I would never purchase from them again. Based on my experience, I do not trust this company, I do not trust their product claims, and I do not recommend them to anyone who cares about clear information, fair customer service, or pet safety.

The baupaw product is an absolute scam. I had to remove several ticks from my dog while wearing the collar. On contacting the company I was offered a 25% refund, which seemed better than nothing. I was strung along for weeks, told the refund was in process. When chasing it up again today for the umpteenth time, I was told there would be no refund as the product was used. The satisfaction guarantee on their website only applies to unused products. Please don't waste your money. Avoid this product.

Within a couple of weeks of wearing the natural pendant I had to remove 2 ticks from my dog, literally 5cm away from the collar. Don’t waste your money!!!

arrived a couple of weeks after ordering , ordered 2, very basic packaging with limited information.
Tried 1 collar dog had 4 attached ticks after one walk.
Tried to return would only accept the unopened one and had to pay for and return to China!
This was advertised as Baupaw UK and the return address on the package was in the UK.
Also how can you know if the collars work until you try them? Totally unfit for purpose and no compassion for animal welfare.

The product arrived with no means provided to attach it to the collar that it came with. So I used an old flea collar to attach it to my dog. Two weeks later my dog is riddled with fleas. I asked for a refund and they replied with their ‘return policy’ saying that it has to be unused and returned in its original packaging otherwise no refund. As the product is obviously not fit for purpose this is unlawful under UK consumer law

Scam. False advertising and from China. You have to pay to return. Absolutely no scientific evidence to support their claims. Someone is getting very rich from this scam company.

My order has still not arrived. Sent several emails, no response. I think it's a scam.

Would appear to have been scammed by this company. Not a uk product. Have contacted for a refund though I won't hold my breath. Avoid

Item not made in UK,as stated, it's from China. No reply from asking to return. Don't waste your money, I'm afraid to use it I don't trust it. Smells so strong even through the sealed bag. Still waiting for reply to return.
