Cannot reach the company either by phone or email
I have three tickets (not sure each one is each one) 1572538 1404757 1375767.
I returned a 65w charger twice, because the two products stopped working the same way.
The second time, I asked for a refund, but since the carrier confirmed that the parcel was delivered, Battery Empire team just stopped replying my emails. I can not reach them by phone either.
Not sure if they check this web site, but if they do, please process my refund.

Easy to order and arrived on time
It was fairly easy to order and the item arrived when predicted. Price seemed reasonable.
The EU site lets you order, but then says it no longer ships to UK. Although the EU and UK sites are essentially the same, the EU one is a little better in wording, etc. It initially seems cheaper, because no VAT added on.

A refreshing response.
What a refreshing customer service response. i purchased a laptop battery in July of 2023. Battery was fine but over the last 3-4 weeks the performance dropped off dramatically. Reported this by e-mail on JULY 12th today is the 15 JULY and battery empire informed me the replacement was on it's way. Absolutely 5 star service. Thank you Battery Empire customer service.

My Bank provided company Account Name "GREENCELL.GLOBAL" which matched account details provided. Paid bill on "21/06/2024", "BILL PAYMENT VIA FASTER PAYMENT TO REFERENCE ORDER ID 602623" for Order Ticket #1386339. But to-date no Battery received and emails claim no payment made.

Brilliant, instant help via chat line.
Had a problem, due to my own fault, processing my order. Malgorzata responded immediately to help me resolve it and also pointed me in the right direction for the charger that I needed. She was patient and professional. Once my order was processed on the Monday, it arrived on Wednesday, via DHL delivery. Very pleased with the products.
