Always a fast, convenient and fab experience. Great quality printed photos packed with care.

Ordered my photos over 5 weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived. Was given a tracking number 4 weeks later that doesn’t work. Told my photos would arrive on 3 separate dates all multiple weeks apart

Very pleased with the quality of the photographs and pretty easy to crop/edit photos. Would like a save to basket/projects for prints to go back and add to before ordering (only appear to be able to save speciality prints/gifts to projects). Also leadtime quite long - over 2 weeks, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

So lovely to be able to see our holiday photos taken on my phone in print, quick and easy to do, and good quality. Just like the old days sending off your film to be processed and waiting to receive your photos in the post, yes I know we can just look at the photos on my phone, but it’s not quite the same as looking back through a collection of hard copy photos and reliving your memories. Will definitely use Boots to do this again.

The photo stickers were great! They displayed a series of artworks in miniature to accompany an exhibition. The delivery time was changed to a slightly later date than initially expected, but the stickers themselves were ideal. They make great envelope seals.

Took nearly 3 weeks for the whole process. Very long.

Excellent quality service as always. I recently put an order in for over 100 photos, (yes they've been building up). And everyone turned out great.

Needs improvement.
Communication is minimal, order tracking is not informative. Film was delivered to Cewe and their receipt was acknowledged to me over a week later. From sending to receiving photos took 3 weeks. Any cost saving by doing on-line is not worth the additional time taken to get the photos back.
Photo quality is good

This was first time creating an album and found the process straight forward. It was fun selecting photos and following the 'green' quality guidelines which paid off as quality of prints was excellent. Thank you will use again!

Good quality and able to add test to photos as well as in specific boxes w as really helpful and an improvement on books I’ve bought in the past.

I love how it actually came in very high quality and actually as amazing as they claimed it to be online. I actually was expecting somewhat worse to what they made it look online just like some other brands, but it came in as perfect as I wanted and expected👌🔥
