Amazing platform, easy to use even for beginners

I would like to provide feedback regarding my experience with the AXI platform.
My MT5 account is not connecting through the MT5 mobile app at all. I was able to connect it through the web, but the MT5 web version is also not working properly. The AXI web platform is also not providing a smooth or reliable trading experience.
I also checked whether I could connect my AXI MT5 trading account directly to TradingView, but it appears that AXI is not currently available for direct TradingView trading integration.
Overall, I am quite disappointed with the platform experience. I expected reliable mobile, web, and TradingView access for trading. Please consider improving these services and provide a proper solution for MT5 mobile connectivity.

Avoid Axi – A Disappointing Experience with Axi Select
I have been trading with Axi for over 5 months on my Axi Select account. Everything seemed fine initially, and I was making steady progress toward the Acceleration level. However, things took a strange turn as soon as I was about to reach that milestone.

Right before I qualified, my account suddenly started experiencing technical issues – I was unable to execute market orders consistently. At first, I thought it was a temporary glitch, but the problem persisted. When I finally reached the Acceleration level, I immediately contacted their support team via email and created multiple tickets, hoping for a prompt resolution.

That was 3 weeks ago.

Since then, I have received only one automated reply acknowledging my request and stating that it would be handled within 1–2 days. After that – complete silence. No follow-up, no update, no explanation. To make matters worse, they have now closed my account without any reason or prior notice.

This leads me to question the legitimacy of the entire Axi Select program. Is it really designed to help traders grow, or is it just a clever marketing illusion? I genuinely wonder – have any of you actually spoken to the traders they claim are at high levels? Or are those just static displays that any coder could create in a few hours?

From what I have seen in my own trading community, no one I know has ever had a positive experience with this program. Most of us have simply walked away, exhausted and disappointed, without wasting any more mental energy on their empty promises.

I am writing this review not just for myself, but on behalf of many traders who have been misled by Axi. Perhaps they don't care, because as long as money keeps flowing in, they see no reason to change. But I believe traders deserve better.

For a company that claims 18 years of experience, their systems feel as unreliable as a newly established broker. Their support team appears disorganized and unresponsive, and it seems they have lost sight of the core values of customer service and integrity.

My advice: stay away from Axi. There are far more transparent and trustworthy brokers out there who actually respect their clients.

Warning to Traders: Axi Select Will Steal Your Profits & Ghost You

Don't waste your time or money with Axi or Axi Select. They will let you put in the work, and then rip your profits right out from under you.

Here’s the deal:

Stole $700 of hard work: After I pulled in real results, Axi randomly confiscated $700 of my money.

Hide behind copy-paste scripts: When I called them out, they didn't even bother giving a real explanation. They just sent generic, corporate template emails claiming it was an "objective assessment" based on their T&Cs.

Zero support, zero transparency: Their system flags accounts with false accusations, and no one there actually gives a damn or helps you resolve it.

Bottom line:
As traders, our edge comes from our own skill, risk management, and discipline—not these predatory middleman platforms. We're way better off on our own. Save your sanity and keep your money far away from Axi.
