SCAM!!! Do not order from this company! They blindly set you up for a subscription service and then don't respond to emails to cancel!!! They do not provide a phone number for customer service.

Idk why people complain about subscription... You can unselect that. Its not mandatory.

I like product, shipping is a bit slow tho. But it really helps with diggestion too

This company is a scam. They sent the wrong product and never responded when I emailed their customer service address to try to exchange it. Then, without my consent, they had signed me up for a subscription. I emailed several times telling them to cancel the subscription, but without responding to me or sending any more product, they tried to charge my bank account. I had to cancel my debit card, which is a huge hassle, to keep them from getting more money from me.

Don’t order from these people. If you order a one time purchase only you will be put on subscription without your authorization.

Trying to return product and no one will get back to me. Will call my credit card company and attempt to have it cancelled. After showing this to my urologist, I was told not to use these. DO NOT ORDER

Terrible product and worse customer service
I have been trying to cancel the subscription I didn't want in the first place for 2 months but they just keep taking 79.99 out of my credit card

I ordered 1 bag for $29. I recieved the 1 bag. However they put me on a resorting order which I did not authorize. My bank alerted me of this and stopped payment. This company has a habit it seem of doing this. Do not order. It’s to bad that these people are frauds.

I ordered on April 22, 2026, received order today May 13, 2026. It was shipped from a personal address not a company. The package does not have the name Avaroot nowhere on the bag. Cannot contact the company at all, no phone number, no email address, no company address. This company is a fraud don’t order anything from them.

I dont like product, arrived late, have contacted support for refund and heard nothing but got charged for Another order !!
Continued to contact support which I think is nonexistent !

Fraudulent charge of $89.99 added to two legitimate charges of $14.99 fo items I ordered.

Support took a little while to respond, (over a day), but it was helpful since I entered by ex wifes address and wanted to change the delivery address. Received fast, on my second month, all good so far

Its actually very good! Ive tried many things to prevent UTI, but this one so far is the best. Im taking this regulary, because it helps with digestion too

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I have requested a cancellation THREE times and they keep sending me recurring orders with NO RESPONSE AT ALL. The last time I had to get a new credit card and somehow they were still able to charge even my new card through their recurring ordering system with shopify. DO NOT ORDER THESE GUMMIES.

Ordered these for my mother , fell for their get another bottle and blah blah . After 5 weeks I got 5 bags of this, tried to postpone my subscription due to how many I received . No reply , again and again. Can’t get any phone number or any good email address , and they keep trying to charge $118.90 on my card . I’ve locked my card because I can’t get ahold of anyone . I’ll have to cancel it because they don’t stop trying to charge me . In order to “ track “ my order I had to install 4 different apps and not one was correct to track anything . This is a total scam . Do not order from them .

I was sent the wrong product and have sent numerous emails to support@avaroot regarding my order and how to return it. No response. I would tell everyone not to purchase from this company.

They keep sending you bags and charging your payment method. I had to call my bank and put a block on the account from this vendor after I now have 5 bags!

Bogus company. No phone number to call with a complaint, email does not work, cannot get a response from them for charging my card and sending another order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE CROOKS!

Received 3 packages that say womens probiotic on them. They have no company name ingredients or phone numbers. I DON’T know if they are safe. They were mailed from a person not a company.
